The only person on this site that would POSSIBLY be brought in would be Null and even that is stretching it. We got the grand jury and the wishing Barb would die letter this week and this still stands out as one of the most astonishingly stupid things in the entire Chris story. I’m genuinely struggling to find the words to describe how dog-brained of an idea it is to “take over the Sonichu series.” If that’s true, it might seriously be the single worst idea I’ve ever heard someone actually pursue; it’s almost beautiful.

He can't. First of all, Heilberg is a criminal defense attorney -- he doesn't do tort. Second, good luck finding an attorney willing to do it on contingency, since there's no money to be had. While Chris would be entirely in the right suing for copyright infringement, Sega/Sony/whatever Chris stole from would have a say too if there were actually money to be had.

We don’t know, but I think it’s telling that Chris hasn’t talked about it. No wild stories which make him out to be a hero. That indicates he did something to break a rule and doesn’t want to even try to spin it. It’s been posited that he probably got handsy. Right. If they’re going to bring anyone in it’d probably be people who have interacted with Chris in significant ways. So someone like Snyder, Megan, and Barb. If there would be any outside observer brought in it’d probably be Geno or Null.
Considering how much Geno has seen and documented, he’s the only outside observer with a high chance of actually getting called. Null might be brought in for the EPO violation but that’s a big might.

That's gotta be getting up there, probably enough to pay off the mortgage by now.
