Containment Random Thoughts & Questions

Ahaha, I forgot about "condensating bitch." Haha, so, what, she's dripping wet? Maybe she's really turned on by Chris' straw-like locks...

Also, he says "Past TRUE Friendships." See, this really annoys me, because, by definition, if they were hired friends, they weren't real friends. (Assuming that was their main motivation for hanging out with him) Chris is intentionally trying to deny reality here. And most of the time, yeah, you could argue he doesn't know what's going on, or, just, there's a bit of room for interpretation. But no, here, Chris is specifically denying something that he knows to be true. Hell, he's even referencing it in the image. He says "hired help."

Shit drives me nuts.

I think he means that his true friendships are lost because he found out just now they were fake, so for a decade or more he had true friendships...but now he doesnt. Just sweaty, hired help.

But no, they weren't real in the beginning. But he's specifically saying they are.

Did you always know this for true or did you sorta learn along with the rest of us?
That they weren't real? Or that he's saying they're real when he knows otherwise?

I think we all found out about the same time. He was bitching about it on facebook, but he was bitching about it everywhere. So we heard more instances of his bitching, but he was saying mostly the same thing everywhere.

Same thing with that he's saying they're real, when he knows otherwise. Mostly the same bitching we saw in the iron-plated heart picture, but he's doing it everywhere. I guess what gets me is that he's basically saying "come back to me!!" But, heh, y'know, they can't come back when they weren't there in the first place. And he's definitely had this inconsistency pointed out to him. He doesn't address it, he just kinda goes quiet, sidles off, and then tries his best to forget about it, and go back to his "come back to me!!" shtick.

You can always make arguments that he's dumb or doesn't notice his inconsistencies, because he's so distracted by his frothing rage about something. But here, I know he's aware of this inconsistency and is consciously trying to dodge it.

Eh... no, it's been specifically explained to him. He knows they weren't real, he's just desperately trying to avoid that conclusion.

Heh, and he's had other friends than his high school friends.

but not the good robocop, like the robocop remake
Off topic but I was totally fine with the Robocop remake. It wasn't great but it was perfectly acceptable pre-summer action fodder.

Now if you want to say Robocop 3, go for it. Ninja robots couldn't save that movie.

even frank miller couldn't save it

I am convinced the point of the plate is that they intentionally hurt his feelings so bad they destroyed him for good, and the steel plate represents their intention to make sure he is incapable of recovering.

Interesting if that were true. If it were, it'd be because Chris forced this scenario into being. The Gal-Pals tried for over a decade to politely lose track of Chris after graduation, only to have him continue to seek them out via social media. The girls continued to actively avoid him until Chris aggressively tagged them in batshit-crazy posts, forcing them to respond. Their response was the only response they could make "Go away. We don't want to talk to you. We're not your friends now, we weren't your friends then. We tried to leave you with some peace and dignity, but since you won't have that, fuck the fucking fuck off!!!"

...granted, I'm paraphrasing.

Marvin, this is, without a doubt, the part of current Christory I find most interesting. We're seeing Chris actively try to maintain his contradictory worldview. It's not like "Mainstreaming made me the success I am today, even though my life is a dismal failure" where the causes and effects of the contradiction are both in the past. This is a new development that Chris is trying to shoehorn into his sponge of a mind, and watching him try is like watching someone trying to carry Jell-O in a fishing net... the harder they work, the funnier it is. I feel the same way about him trying to grasp that most CWCki forums members have lives he would envy, or that Barb isn't exactly the model mother.

Don't you just love it when Chris comically misses the point?

Heh, and he's had other friends than his high school friends.

In the Lego High School video he says something about his Dad "negotiating" for friends. By this I take it that Bob went to Chris's high school one day and threatened to file suit against the Manchester hommasexshul conspiracy unless the principal agreed to weedle a couple of students into being gal pals for Fat Dummy.

Fast forward to October, 2013. In the process of telling Chris to go to hell, Sarah Bevel drops the dime on ol' Bob's "negotiations." Could it be that Our Autistic Manbaby went waddling off to Barb, crying his little eyes out, and mommy explained (slowly and repeatedly) that "negotiation" is one way to make friends? That might explain the whole friends-not friends thing. Or am I way off base here?

What makes you say that Bob threatened to sue a high school because his son didn't have enough friends? You know, it's really not uncommon for someone to ask or negotiate that maybe a homeroom teacher or whatever might ask some students to maybe act as some social support for a challenged individual. Why would Bob suddenly go batshit and yell and sue? He didn't sue the middle-school or whatever and Chris didn't seem to have any friends there either, but no-one talked about a conspiracy or homos or witchcraft back then - only when they feel Chris is threatened or misstreated have they talked about stuff like that as far as I know (Greene County sending him to an institiution for being Autistic, Boy Scouts kicking him out for being Autistic, Marry Lee Walsh kicking him out for being Autistic, Mike kicking him out for being Autistic and Joshua for abusing his Autism (which actually was the right thing to do because he was stealing)) but as always, I may be wrong.

Eh, I'm not really seeing that. He's not making excuses about why they're real friends or anything like that. He's not trying to fight reality at all, it just seems like he's trying to ignore it.

I think he thinks he's got a chance to bully them into being his friends again, and that if he is successful, he'll pretend everything's alright again, and he'll just ignore the uncomfortable question of "yeah, but what was the truth about their original friendship?" Out of sight, out of mind, y'know?

Heh, plus Barb wouldn't be asspatting Chris like that. It's funny, at this point, Chris' own mother isn't asspatting him, it's all the other dipshits involved.

Speaking of enablers, I was surprised at how un-surprised I was at the fact that Kengle held on for Santa for even longer than Chris did. But they, Kengel's wish is probably more likely to be granted.

I don't think it is that hard a contradiction to maintain. For a decade Chris had friends in high school. Then all of a sudden he didn't. Wanting to go back to the days when he had friends isn't that far removed from wanting to go back to high school if you struggle with reality like he does.

In his more rational rantings he seems to want to find one of the gal-pals who genuinely liked him, or to convince them that even if they were fake back in the day, that they should feel bad for him and want to be his friend now.
