Containment Random Thoughts & Questions

I just had a thought going back on something...
There's a famous Polish comic book series, Tytus, Romek i A'Tomek (well, in Poland - it started in the communist era, and is literally untranslatable anyway due to the enormous amount of references to Polish history and culture, and millions of puns). Well anyway, that comic started in the late 50s, but was surprisingly post-modern by today's standards - when it got rebooted in the 1960s, starting over as a proper comic book series rathen than just being printed out in a magazine, its author would often appear in the story, playing an important role. In fact, the whole story (in the reboot) starts with the author brainstorming what story could he come up with, and then accidentally spilling some ink with the blot coming into life as the titular talking chimpanzee. The author's avatar, "Papcio Chmiel" was shown to have powers to alter the events of the story at will using pencil and rubber, and he was symbolically referred to as father by Tytus the chimp.
Sounds familar? Something always seemed familiar to me in Sonichu, but it really struck me now going through a comic book series that defined my childhood. Chris is basically some sort of nega-Papcio Chmiel. He creates a comic in which he appears himself, openly referred to by his creations as their author and father. Only Chris's comic is shit, and Chris uses his role as an author avatar to derail the story after two issues or so, and as wish fullfillment - Papcio Chmiel's role as the comic's author interacting with the story was humorous and witty, and post-modernist before post-modernism even became a thing. He'd also often conveniently somehow forget about his story-altering superpowers to keep the drama going, but given his humorous role it was easy to swallow.
(sorry if there's too much poor grammar and repeated words, it's late)

When Barb passes ( and it may be sooner than we think) will the cwcki be taken down for a week and just have an image of Babs? Will the admins do it just to "respect the dead" no matter who she may have been in life?

I'm not saying I'd show it to my
High school gal-pals, but I actually think Good Burger is a fun movie.

@Henry Bemis asked this is in the 14 BC update thread but I'll answer it here since it's off-topic:
How can anyone make a documentary on Chris? Even in the proverbial movie of his own life, he's a supporting character.
I would play up that angle: only interview people who have dealt with him in the past. Old teachers, Rocky, Snyder, estranged family members - Chris is such a polarizing figure that the best way to introduce him on a larger audience would be to show all extremes I think, not just make a little collage of his YouTube videos because that only shows a tiny, tiny part of who he really is (especially these days).

I'm not saying it'd be an amazing, hit film or anything, but you could make something high concept out of it I am sure (the Collyer brothers come to mind as another example of extreme personalities with peculiar lifestyles). Dear Zachary: A Letter to a Son About His Father is a good example of the concept.

It must be great being Chris. He doesn't have to go to work, doesn't have to go to school, and every day is an all expenses paid vacation!
