Containment Random Thoughts & Questions

I was wondering if when in court for the pepper spray incident, was the blue arms thing bought up to the court, or was it glossed over as him going into a store he was banned from. Would be funny to see the reaction, if they were expecting a genuine crusade against a racist game or something.

It seems like it would be obvious that he was special. If I saw and heard Chris for a few minutes and then was told he pepper-sprayed someone, I would probably guess that the reason was some combination of 1) some convoluted illogical justification that made sense to him and noone else, 2) a moment of irrational panic and confusion, 3) not really understanding the consequences of pepperspraying, and 4) not properly understanding or caring about other people.

Everything Chris has said about the incident has confirmed one or more of these, and I assume it came across that way in court.

In some ways, the shittiness of Chris' excuses may have worked for him. If he went up there and gave a coherent and well-reasoned arguement about why the Sonic game was really offensive and a real societal problem, the reaction would probably have been "Ok, well maybe Sonic's bad, but your protests lead to employees getting pepper-sprayed you clearly are going about it in a very wrong way." If he rambles about blarms, sensory overload, and trolls, the reaction is more likely to be "There doesn't seem to be a real problem with Sonic, and you really can't do what you did, but it may not be fair to hold you completely responsible for your actions."

because he think it's something women all have
I really wish Chris would start dressing more whimsically and begin carrying around a parasol while ranting about how men have been so terrible to him and how they owe him various forms of chivalrous tributes (like opening the door for him or carrying heavy things in and out of the hoard). Chris' views on gender are so misogynistic and misandrist, I am surprised he has not tried to take advantage of men that are not weens through use of his feminine wiles. "I've always relied upon the kindness of strangers....... no, I have, literally relied upon their kindness for most things."

chris wouldn't try to take advantage of men or have them open doors and shit. i'm sure if a man stopped and opened a door for him chris would go to another door or shit himself and run by screaming DONT TOUCH ME!

I'm wondering, what Mia looks like?

If Financhu were a character in Sonichu, he'd be thrown under the bus for not saving Chris / Barb from the trolls and autism that force them to manage money like exceptional individuals.
financhu is the new villain
he does nothing but call chris and yell JULAY FINANCIAL RESPONSIBILITIES, and chris shits himself in fright

Has Chris ever thought about changing his name to something completely different? Chris has complained for years about people he meets Googling his name and being turned away from him, so has he ever considered avoiding that either by introducing himself under a different name or changing his name legally?

That's a very interesting question. I mean, he already changed his name legally so he is aware that such a thing is possible. You'd figure he'd do it now that he actually has reasons to do it, as opposed to being told to by godbear.

I suppose on reflection it would require a level of self awareness Chris simply doesn't have. History has shown he'd rather blame other people for his problems rather than think about how he can solve them himself (I was just reading his list of possible reasons why people don't talk to him on the street from a that recent email dump, and none of his guesses came anywhere near realising that he's a fat stinky autistic poorly passing transexual who quite transparently only talks to women so he can sex them). So, when he meets someone in person, he'd rather say 'I'm Christian/Christine Weston Chandler but DON'T GOOGLE MY NAME BECAUSE OF THE DANG DIRTY TROLLS' (which totally wouldn't set off alarm bells) than even consider changing his name.

Eh, I think it has more to do with his autistic fixation on his name and how he considers it to be a huge part of his personal identity (much more than most people). I suspect another big part of it is that as far as I know he still thinks he is world famous somehow, so he doesn't want to change his identity to an unrecognizable extent and give up his "fame".

There is a profound irony in someone who has his name legally changed because an animatronic bear tells him but will not even consider it when his name actually becomes an issue. Baffling but then again as late as 2013 he seemed utterly unaware of what exactly it was that made him so disturbing to others, as that list shows.

I suspect Chris thinks that asking a girl to have sex with him is on the same level as asking for directions on the street: it's no big deal on the part of the person providing and very helpful to the person receiving, so why not go along with it? I am exaggerating but he does seem to think that girls owe him sex and to be baffled that they should think otherwise.

IIRC, someone once suggested that he use something like "Wes Chandler" on job applications and his resume, back when he supposedly was "looking for work" to impress heartsweets.
