It's nor chordee, which happens at the junction of the head and shaft. Most likely it's Peyronie's, which affects the shaft.

Unfortunately, Chris might legit be able to meet the qualifications for dick chopping. He's been living as a woman for years, changed his name, went on hormones; he ticks all the boxes.

I know you're going to rate me as disagree, but here goes nothing.
I won't argue with you about Chris being a tranny, but what I will argue with you about is Chris going on hormones and living as a woman. Chris was on menopausal low-dose hormones for a very brief period of time, and even though he has patreon bucks now, he's probably still not on a feminizing dose of HRT. (which is very odd even for tranny- Chris).
We just got a DM from some idiot in where Chris discusses his fetish for lesbian porn aimed at straight me, so he goes home alone, plays video games and then plays with his malformed genitals to two chicks getting it on like most straight men in the world. You can't just say, "hey, I'm a woman respect me as such", put on a ratty old skirt, and then claim to have lived as a woman. The real-life test is BS, the true life test of living as a woman is being treated by society like a woman and blending in as such. No one treats Chris like a feminine flower, men sure as hell don't patronize Chris by putting his groceries in his basket or offering to help him to his car like an old lady, a soccer mom, or a young hot chick. Men don't call Chris sweetheart, it's only old women that do such because he's retarded.
He doesn't even dress like a woman, he dresses like the Heartly Hooligan Triplet that was abandoned because it was more defective than the other two.
He also has not used his tranny voice in several months, the one he could only keep up for 30 seconds on intro.
Chris still lives the life of a very dim-witted man in a skirt, who goes home alone and has weird masculine interests like vidya games, stalking women online, and literal soft-core pony and lesbian porn aimed at men.
Chris barely meets the qualification for sentient life. I really don't mean to be insulting to Chris, but I just want to be truthful about his situation. Any duck-chopping doctor is going to look at a swamp monster with severe weight issues and a greasy scalp and say "no".

Living as a woman, for the purposes of qualifying for SRS, means that you attempt to publicly present as a woman. It's supposed to test your resolve. Whether or not you actually pass is incidental.

I don't believe Chris, and I know this probably came straight from Chris' mouth, which is why I don't believe it. If he truly is on hormones, it's probably just a low dose to get him out of the clinic and away from relatively normal people. He's probably got the Alex Leal or Tim Whitbeck special. Either way, I'm glad Chris is voluntarily taking himself out of the genetic lottery, he had no chance anyhow.
It's kind of sad though for society, the standards for tranny seem to relatively low, which is probably why they have the highest HIV and Autism rates.

Isn't it sad that the only way you'll be recognized as a woman is if the government forces it on society at large? Being a woman on paper doesn't really mean shit, it's just a reflection of society's moral degradation.

Responding to this here so I don't derail the thread. In Chris's mind what he's doing is how women live, and I'd say if he was born a woman his life would still be the same with the (possible) exception of what porn he watches. (Btw video games haven't been just a guy thing in a while.) Look at the ratking Chris tries way harder than 99% of those guys. I believe Chris is trans. It's a slippery slope, my biggest issue with people like Chris is the government giving people like him license to say he is equal to groups who have been marginalized like women. People claim that Chris is happy with this BS, but that's just not true. Chris is chasing an unrealistic, magical tonic like an old, married man chasing after a 17-year old waitress to feel young and alive again. Chris is not "womaning" so his "insides can match his outsides", he thinks his transgenderism is a magical tonic that will fix all of his problems. He probably still thinks that he's getting both a uterus and a vagina on the operating table. He probably also thinks that the next day, he will be ready for insemination with his own juices.
