I personally believe it's due to his insistence on himself being "constantly in the right".
From my experience working minimum wage, you're required to seek management/kick someone out if they cause disruption to customers (the NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO incident rings a bell). Additionally, overusing free services can be cause for eviction, though where I worked it was probably less of a big deal than most other places (i.e if an employee was called over more than 5 times by a single customer).
What was he doing at The Game Place? Harassing the manager by taking photos of him, and entering after being evicted
What was he doing at GameStop? Committing a crime by assaulting an employee.
What was he doing at Target? Loitering, and taking advantage of the free refills policy.

Yes, I agree. He can't help himself acting like a self entitled jackass, for no reason. Like the incident in the gamestop where he maced one of the employees. The fumes really gotten to his head

No joke

Do you guys think Chris uses his Autism as a excuse for his bad behaviour?
Well yeah. It's his excuse for everything, he acts like an asshole and gets banned from somewhere? They're discriminating against autists (see his game stop ban). He says something stupid, or offensive. His autism makes his mind go blank. He definitly plays the autism card as an excuse for his behavior.
