Marvin was the man in the pickle suit from the Emily date.

Right. I've gathered that it just seems Marvin has knowledge and Access like nobody else.
If I remember correctly Magical Potion Guy was just some local guy no longer involved with Christory. Thats why we have no solid ID on the dude. Its a bummer but totally understandable.

Yeah, this. Whoever he was, his friendship with Chris didn't last long.

Chris and Online Card Games

This is probably a stupid question, but how do you all think Chris would react if exposed to online card games like Hearthstone, Magic, or Chaotic if it still exists?

^Wasn't he some guy from SomethingAwful?

Uhh, maybe. I can't remember.

We had a few people from SA. And I remember which people were those people, so, it probably doesn't include the magical man. But It's always a possibility, I guess. I could've forgotten something here and there, I guess. *yawn*

Why does that comic behind the poster look like "Christian Weston Chandler vs. Masturbation?"

Also, goddamn I hope that teacher gave Chris an F for that poster. Clearly Bob didn't help, or he wouldn't of let him use that birthday party poster paper. Also, I wonder why he chose Tungsten ... hmmm... I wonder why.....

I love how his writing just kind of starts slopeing down after a bit. Couldn't use a ruler I see.

How do you think Chris would take to online card games like Hearthstone, Magic's online client, or Chaotic if it still exists? From what I understand he's profoundly retarded at deck-building (as with everything else in his life) and would probably be mad that he can't make his own stupid cards.

Chris' high school honor roll status is often said to be a result of good grades from special education classes or a low threshold or whatever, but what about making the Dean's List at PVCC? It seems exceedinly odd to me that he managed to get on there, and I have to imagine it's would be a fairly select number of graduates who made it?

Dean's list requirements are not exactly demanding. My alma mater is Texas A&M, not a community college, and I made the Dean's list on multiple semesters -- and I literally coasted through my entire university education studying for a grand total of zero tests (including finals) and purposefully skipping assignments when I knew taking a zero wouldn't hurt my grade too much.

Not to be an asshole, but while it may be leaps and bounds above a community college Agriculture and Mechanical schools aren't exactly known for their academic rigor. At what we in Canada would call a University being on the Dean's list is an actual thing.

Not that any of this is relevant, because Chris went to a community college, where students are marked on their ability to occupy space and pay tuition.

Chris is a liar.
Also any school that would let his cadd skills walk out that door is dubious at best.

See, from my perspective I completely agree with you, but I don't think he was, at least consciously, lying. He didn't claim to get straight As or anything, he just says "I made good grades", and he isn't lying about any specific courses, focusing instead on re-telling the negatives.

Maybe I'm the retard here for not knowing how things work in America; I guess I just assumed the award meant something.

It's not really an award as much as it is maintaining a certain grade point average.

He passed, yes. But I do not see him as deans list material.
He may not be consciously lying, maybe borb told him he made deans list and just sent him on his way to college graduation with his high school sped honor roll sash.

But if Chris earned the dubious honor without even trying, wouldn't that mean everyone would be on that list? I mean, they already have a head-start by not being Chris.

Look I hate Texas A&M and the entire culture it stands for more than anyone but it isn't an agriculture and mechanical college anymore. It's one of two flagship public universities in the state and the third hardest university to get into after Rice and UT.

Ugh I feel dirty after just writing that (hook 'em), but it's the truth.

Five years, CatParty. Five years.

Anyways, this is what Sparklemilhouse wrote on the CWCki:

Unfortunately, it is true that Chris was awarded to Vice President's list in 2005 at PVCC. You can thank my temp job for finding that one out. However, he was on academic probation in Fall of 2001, Spring of 2002, Spring of 2003

I don't have anything really noteworthy to post, just thought I'd share this anyway. My brother doesn't know much about CWC, apart from the Parappa the Rapper video, and we often impersonate it to reference bad rappers.

My brother saw a terrible rapper on youtube, and it reminded him of Chris. He asked me "What's that guy's name? You know? "I have a PSP & she don't! Gib me da Pee Ess PEE! UNWRAP THE WRAPPER! etc.""

I said "Chris Chandler" and he was like "I thought so! But I thought I was getting him confused with the guy from Friends!"

"...no, that's just Chandler."

I don't know. Maybe it was funnier because I had a lung full of bong smoke, but nevertheless I found the exchange at least mildly amusing.

Are there any sign of him still wearing the classic? It should be holey as someones buttocks by now.

Really? When did you graduate? I went to Baylor myself.

In my head sometimes I catch myself calling him Christian Weston Chandler Bing!
