Is 14BC being prepared for sale? Rumor on Reddit is that it's been cleared out and Chris and Barb's stuff has been thrown away. Could the hoard have been placed in storage? No one has documented a big dumpster moved to the driveway or anything like that.

Chris asked for $200,000 in his 14 December letter. I suspect that's approximately the amount of Barb's debts plus the cost of a car for her. The two of them have come close to being foreclosed on for failure to pay the mortgage in the past.

Oof, to think that aside from the car (I hope that in this magical fantasy world Charb doesn't by a $200K car), most of that is going to court mandated payments from lawsuits and interest.

If Barb had said "Chris raped me", he would now be charged with rape. The fact that this hasn't happened means that the prosecution does not have any firm evidence indicating lack of consent. They still might try the charge, but it's not slam dunk territory.

There is no way that Chris would plead guilty to rape. That would force a trial and no one wants that. The real issue is what the fuck do they do with him? Once he's out of jail there is nowhere for him to really go.

If I had to take a guess, it may have started since high school. Chris just looking around at his young classmates finding romance. I think it wasn't until he entered PVCC with the attraction sign, with his dreams of having Crystal, being the impetus. It pretty much snowballed from there as it went from looking for a girlfriend to being a virgin with rage and wanting to fuck any women, which he ended up doing.

Chris has tried for every east-Asian girl he's had a chance to. When he said "white" in his attraction signs, he really meant "not black".

He's actually said as much by 09. My opinion of what Chris defines as "White" is loose in comparison to what your average person does. He claims his daughter Crystal was White in his dream. I tend to believe that Crystal in the Crystal dream was "White enough" and that Chris really didn't get a good enough look at her. She probably had light skin and brown wavy and that's all that Chris could make of her. Therefore to him an Asian or Hispanic woman would make for an acceptable partner. Hell he probably classified them as White in his eyes but didn't realize until 09 that's not how anyone else classified them.

Even in his depictions of the Cherokee he sees no difference ethnically between them and himself. I think Chris really doesn't understand the concept of race outside of the overt phenotypical expression. White really is just a skin tone to him.

His argument was "if Chris just went out there and hung out in the right circles" though he was talking about autistic girls in particular. Personally, I just disagree. The whole nerd girl thing wasn't even a popular phenomenon back then. Sonic no way would have been a chick magnate, you would have been perceived as immature if you were 22 and into Sonic as an interest (as opposed to casually enjoying the game series).

Pikachu you would have had a better shot, girls thought Pikachu was cute, and Pokemon was still somewhat popular so you could be perceived as being into pop culture but sweet and young at heart, kind of like bringing your cute as fuck dog around wherever you go with like a Chewbacca bandolier collar on him. Even if it was cleaned up, be honest even if you had no idea of who Chris was and had no idea of the kind of history that house had, would anyone really buy that shithole? No matter how cleaned up it is it’s not a very pretty house from the outside, it’s got a ugly, very sterile 70s look to it. The insides of the house have no doubt been damaged from years of hoarding and being well burnt down before, and their will no doubt be safety hazards from flimsy structural designs. Also the lawn has been ruined with years of neglect, overflowing with weeds and probably has become infertile so you’ll never be able to grow any nice flowers or scenery if you like gardening or making your home look nice. And it’s a neighbourhood with a almost no culture or nothing to do at all. So I ask again, why bother?

I think he gets interested in a property if a girl he likes is into, like Megan and the wallflower. But I don't think he understands it or talks about how sonichu is better. As well, the location maybe if he was in a bigger city, he could find a girl into Sonic, but it's near impossible in Virginia.

That was also a different era before modern looking-at-someone-is-rape attitudes took hold. He *did* try to flirt with his gal pals, and got rejected. They still put up with him. The difference is that in that time, asking a girl to be your girlfriend was far less hazardous an endeavor. Yeah you could still be "a creep" but it wasn't "sexual harassment".

If Chris were in high school today he would've been dealt with far more harshly, and would've probably played the troon card sooner for protection. Being a troon in a 1990's Virginia high school would not have been a help, (and potentially would have hurt Chris' position), but it would give massive benefits today. (Though the troon card is probably going to be nerfed quite a bit, at least in Virginia, given the current events in Loudoun County.)
