We don't know for a certain. If anyone disposed of Chris' stuff, it was likely one of Barb's relatives, not Barb herself. The clearest evidence that someone is actually taking care of Barb (to her satisfaction) is if she turns on Chris in his case. As to evidence from 14BLC, there's probably more info on that in the house thread.

Come to think of it, Chris doesn't even reference Roger Rabbit that much. Most of his toontown shit seems to come from Rick & Morty, media he consumed later in his life. Just further evidence that Chris' brain never developed beyond make-believe.

Also evidence for how Chris is better at short term memory than long term memory, which is symptomatic of various mental disorders. Also symptomatic of laziness, but there you go.

I know autistic people way less weird than Chris who had hellish times in high school, being bullied for years on a near weekly basis, why did he have it so easy in the 90s? He probably was but it just wasn't physical so it passed him by, and I am guessing he was one of the kids who hung around safe areas to the point anyone who wanted to kick his arse really had to pick the right moment and that didn't come off enough for anyone to seriously try or he's selectively recalling his time at school and he did get physically picked on fairly often and not recalling it because the memory's give him the prickly wickleys rather than fuzzy wuzzies.
