Chris a case could be made that the internet is a net negative in his life compared to the normal person, but that in it of itself would be a tricky thing to prove in court strictly because after say 2015 you have to split hair on whether or not its the internet making Chris act out, or his own legitimate retardation.

How about the absolute reverse of the responsible, ethical thing?
