Containment Random Thoughts & Questions

No he isn't
He is charged with incest which is not considered a sex offense legally.
It's not an offense for which one must register as a sex offender except under certain circumstances, but it is clearly an offense and it clearly involves sex. The rule also doesn't say "convicted."

Also it was previously not public because it was in family court but now it's still non-public even though it's in general District Court. That's because it falls under this statute:

2. Coverage of the following types of judicial proceedings shall be prohibited: adoption proceedings, juvenile proceedings, child custody proceedings, divorce proceedings, temporary and permanent spousal support proceedings, proceedings concerning sexual offenses, proceedings for the hearing of motions to suppress evidence, proceedings involving trade secrets, and in camera proceedings.

Specifically the phrase "proceedings concerning sexual offenses."

I do wonder if he's put into a group home which seems more and more likely with each proceeding continuance will he be any worse than other people with disabilities there? Despite Chris's notoriously disruptive and annoying nature there are far more difficult people than Chris to deal with.
There will probably be people less functional than Chris at a group home. I think Chris will prefer a group home to jail though. He had to be restrained at the end of his stay at the mental hospital, probably because he threw a tantrum about having to go back to jail.

so it came across my mind recently but with chris in jail what is barb doing? last i recall shes pretty much a walking pile of dementia but they did let her return home after soul bonding with chris. so does she just have nurses show up and take care of her now?

i have been wondering this mainly because if the house was deemed too filthy for someone like barb to live in they would remove her by force unless she has family that is willing to care for her.

so if shes still there that would lead me to believe its been cleaned and most likely all of the stuff that belonged to chris has been removed as well and either put in a storage box in the case of his release from jail or it will be sent to him if he gets put in some form of group home.

it honestly would depend on the type of home he is put in. my guess is that since he is technically able to care for himself in that he knows how to buy stuff he can speak english fine and if really pushed to could work a very very basic level job the type of home he went into would depend on if they deem him to be insane or not.

if they see his ramblings about being jesus reborn and the goddess blueheart and all that other nonsense as the ramblings of a man with autism or the ramblings of a lunatic who is a danger to himself and everyone around him.

personally i think they are just gonna set him free into the streets since one thing america loves doing is letting crazy people free and only keeping them locked up when they either start blowing shit up or trying to assassinate people.

So does the transfer mean he's been definitively charged with rape or is that still speculation?

Future of the House thread has a lot of speculation and information on this.

Although he wouldn't last long in a house if he's put in one anyway, he's too narcissistic to do his chores and doesn't want to be surrounded by slow-in-the-minds who are even less functioning than him.

The most horrifying outcome is if the state of Virginia for some reason decides to put him in a women's house
Either way, he has his own sex offender registry called the CWCKI chronicling his vile, deviant sex crimes against society. Chris may be a tard, but he's not dumb. I'm 100% sure he's done some sick shit that is worse than Barbussy and that no one knows about. Weens are going to latch onto any group home Chris is admitted to and either get him thrown out or try to get in themselves using various tactics. Also, Chris will get thrown out eventually for being an entitled, shitlord and sex pest. "Do you know who I am? I am da niece of da unca scooge! I DEMAND SATISFACTION! TAKE ME TO MUDDER NOW!". He'll be back in jail or under a bridge faster than Cyrax can prematurely ejaculate.

This is what I've been saying, the weens and trolls have been sitting around with nothing but the jail letters/doodles and its left them with a hell of a case of blue balls. Once Shit Stain the Wonder Chimp is let out of his cage and back into the real world they're going to descend like a wave as if to make up for lost time.

Over on Reddit someone posted this, allegedly a two new things added to Chris's case log

Seen this on Gibi's tweet. He was also surprised. At least the option for this gateway home was considered. They can't keep Chris locked up forever, and both the prosecution and the defense don't really trust Chris to live by himself, with Barb, and fuck, around other people too because he's easily manipulated.

No, it just means it's in district court now because the juvenile/family court ran out of jurisdiction. He's now charged with the felony version of incest. Otherwise they'd have had to let him go.

If that's the case, I wonder if his case is still sealed? Was it limited to juvenile/family court, or did Heilberg do his due diligence and keep it sealed because of Chris' infamy even though the jurisdiction changed/transferred?

So the February 14 date isn't that far from the latest continuance. I'm thinking Heilberg has more options than just Gateway, and is expecting a response from the other places soon, and mid February was a reasonable amount of time to wait for a decision if Gateway rejected Chris. It's like applying to colleges and waiting for acceptance letters, except it's a tard house instead of a college.

Maybe Gateway was the first choice and the others are way worse. I was just listening to the Last Podcast on the Left series on the troubled teen industry and I wonder if there's places like those for people like Chris and he could end up there.

I don't know if anyone's actually physically gone to the courthouse and tried to get any documents from it, but I'd be leaning toward thinking it's not public.

saw this article and immediately thought "why does Russia pick Chris-chan love day of all days to launch another offensive?"
Like oh my god. Chris-chan's merge is responsible for the war on Ukraine.
Interesting coincidence. I think Chris 'foretold' of the Russian/Ukraine thing in one of his many BS Merge rants in his letters. Looking at it further, It's the anniversary of when Russia started its conflict with Ukraine. The invasion began Feb. 24 2022.

It's sealed. All we have to go on is what Chris might mail out.
