Attempted to make a Metahuman render of Flutter. Took ~45 minutes, not perfect but I think it's a decent representation. Might be useful for a face search since it could be close enough to come up with some actual leads without Pimeyes thinking she's a literal child.
I didn't get a warning, but literally all the results were 6-year-olds. And, for some reason, this horrifying thing:
They have a "deep search" option for premium users, I wonder if that would do any better.
I dunno nuffin about Mr Chandler but I had a copy of the comic which I had archived a long time back. First time I read it and I almost died laughing at the left page among many other things.

So the epicanthal folds, eye shape/positioning, "roundhead" (racial slur in old-timey America), and high cheekbones really give her a Northern Finnish/Sami appearance. A real China-Swede. Her diminutive physique is not uncommon for Sami -I had an aunt with the same build- so I do lean on the theory she's either a Finn or a 1st Gen American with at least one Finnish parent and can speak the language. It's the only reason Chris would have that many hours on DuoLingo in the language.
Since she apparently can't drive, it might suggest she only has a Finnish license (if one at all) as Euro DLs can only be used in America for a limited time. I can't find if Virginia even accepts Euro licenses at all as it varies from State-to-State.
That suspicion notwithstanding, she might just be a Downie who is too short to reach the pedals of a Cooper Mini.
Now I don't really see this likeness much anymore, maybe because I'm too used to modern Chris now, so who knows. But that wasn't the first time I heard another West Virginian accent in media and I never had that same feeling before.
True. After seeing that clip, it really does feel like the young Vince Gilligan is a good example of what Chris could've been like if he wasn't born a sped.
As for accents, the West Virginia accent sounds very different from the Piedmont Virginia accent that Vince Gilligan and high school-era Chris both had. Southern accents are a strange thing, you'll have multiple wildly different accents all in the same state.
The closest Virginia accents to a West Virginia one would be the one found on the far end of Southwestern Virginia. Think along the lines of the coalfield counties near the Kentucky and Tennessee borders. Boogie and Melinda Leigh Scott both hail from that area of the state.
Part of me wonders if Chris's e-infamy has something to do with the weird spergy girls wanting to be with him. Had Chris not gotten as much notoriety as he did, I doubt he'd have unironic fangirls.
Once you started seeing normie-adjacent YouTubers like PewDiePie doing videos on Chris, it opened the floodgates for those kinds of people.
Do we think he'd actually ever go through with changing his name legally to "Jesus Christine Weston Chandler Sonichu Prime"? Everyone knows the CWC initials have always been a big part of his identity and since most letters and other documents will shorten the name for convenience's sake, I can't see him taking it too well when he starts receiving mail addressed to "J. Prime". And it's not like he has any criminal record preventing him from making the change either.
I might be late to ask, but is Magi-chan the favorite child at this point, pushing Sonichu even lower down the totem pole because he can "mentally link with Chris and understand him better because of his psychic powers" - or in other words, justify his delusions better?
