I think it was more like he wanted a 'Fresh Start' so people would stop calling him out on his past BS, which he even personified by his tranny form kicking Classic Chris in the nuts in one of the comics. Until he gets drunk one night and slices the duck off I won't be convinced.

To be frank, Bob is not blameless in this whole affair. He definitely sounds like kind of a dick himself given Cole's stance on the man, plus moreover he was in support of trying to force Chris into being a normie instead of going to the special ed courses he desperately needed. On the latter note, I think Bob ultimately did realize he fucked up and fucked up hard as Chris grew up and quite obviously NEVER got better. Bob's last letter to Chris definitely feels like a man desperately trying to understand his son, even bringing up Sonichu as maybe some kind of way he could connect with the rest of the world (and boy howdy did that happen in the worst way), but he was not a good parent to Chris in terms of actually being able to handle a developmentally stunted child.
I agree he's probably bi-curious if only because he literally does not have the mental capacity to comprehend his sexuality. Lord knows he was a raging sex pest when the hormones kicked in during the teen years.Even though it sucks donkey dick Chris trooned out, he probably still would have done it anyway.
Many people have suspicions that Chris only decided to become transgender in order to get laid and I admit that I was ignorant enough to think that too, but like the Cwcki states, there was many signs showing some dysphoria like for example him wearing Barb’s underwear and hating his own male body, that is often the case with trannies.
What I do agree with though is him being polyamorous and being attracted to all species is complete bullshit the Idea Guys filled his head with.
At most I think Chris is just only bi-curious, not bisexual as in having full attraction to both genders, but bi-curious as in he has the occasional homoerotic tendies because even when he was in contact with Sockness and considered him a possible sweetheart, Chris said in a tweet "We might be dating, but we are not going to kiss just yet" or something similar amongst those lines he still showed no general interest in having any physical intimacy and the only thing that came close to genuine attraction was when he wrote that gay poem for Bryan Frogman or whatever his name is.

I thought that too, I even thought he just became transgender to get a girlfriend, but Chris did show a lot of signs of being transgender, like I said in my previous comment, he wore Barb’s underwear, enjoyed cross dressing, he told a group of people in a chat and on the Sonichu Girls forum that he admits he hates his male body and finds it disgusting, he even went as far as to slice open his taint and make his own vagina because he was so desperate to become female and even bought menopause products to increase his estrogen levels.
He even said he felt pressured and was only encouraged by his own parents to hate gays and trannies.
From my observations with psychologists, these are usually signs of somebody who genuinely desires to become the opposite sex, but I do see why it would look like he is trying to run away from his problems or that he just wants to get laid because of his past behavior.
Of course, Bob was no angel, he was racist and refused to accept that Chris had anything wrong with him, he was part of the problem to some extent, but Chris himself is responsible entirely for his actions.
I think the main problem was him sheltering Chris and not giving him any of that old fashioned tough love talk that most parents do.
When he made up that gay sex encounter for Junior Jenkies on the Trolling Train forums. he was so detailed about and talked like it really did happen, he used so much imagination and thought with it and there was also that time when he told one of his trollish fake gal pals that he shoved some anal beads up his own ass, those are the two things that made me think he is at least bi-curious.
I would have said the BlueSpike incident as well, but I think Chris just only chose to shove that up his ass rather than burn it because he probably thought "Oh if I stick this up my ass, I just can wipe the shit off the medallion and glue the pieces back together like nothing happened”
Yeah, Chris slicing open his taint and saying he hates his own body is definitely a sign of gender dysphoria

There's a stereotype that autists are "devoid of empathy" -- and "Chris Chan" certainly doesn't help to combat that stereotype -- but it's good that stereotype is not absolute truth. And of course "high functioning autism" isn't the only thing wrong with that lolcow.

Chris’s ignorance and self-entitlement definitely gave autistic people a bad image, I remember going to my doctor once for a routine health check up and there was this couple sitting in the waiting room talking about Chris being on the news for violating Barb and the girlfriend was saying something like "Geez, are we autistic people really like that? I hate myself now…”
I actually felt sorry for her, not every person with a developmental problem is like Chris.
And every now and then whenever I stumble across random gaming live streams, sometimes there will be an odd moment or two where somebody would send a dono with
"Whenever I have a bad day, I will always tell myself "Thank god I am not Chris Chan"
(I think many people have heard that phrase now so many times)

It wouldn’t surprise me at this point, Chris is so far gone from the Idea Guys brainwashing that he would actually believe almost anything.
I remember once seeing someone write something like "Chris, Homer Simpson is trapped underneath your bed" or something and then a day or two later, Chris shared a video or a photo of himself in his bedroom talking about something unrelated and in the exact video or photo, it showed scratch marks on the wall near the head piece of his bed as if somebody had been clawing away at it.
For some reason I cannot remember if it was a photo or video, but there was definitely evidence of him possibly believing that ween and trying to free Homer.
Also, when Chris rejected Sockass and sent him home during his trip to Virginia, a fight broke out between Sockness and this troll, a troll who had a Twitter account under the name of "Bob’s Ghost" had bragged to Sockness that he messaged Chris telling him to dump Sockass and judging by Sockness reaction, it seemed like Chris was dumb enough to believe that Bob’s spirit had messaged him telling to abandon Sockness.
This comment reminds me of the times when Classic Chris would fake being having DSD or Schizophrenia and would upload videos of him talking to himself and punching his own face and then writing "I WANT OUT CHRIS!!!” in the comments of random videos.
I think in 2019 he shared a tweet from Magi-Chan’s account saying that it was apparently Magi-Chan who was doing all of that and that Magi-Chan was supposedly trying to channel Chris and "wake him up" to "his powers and abilities".

Chris had taken to calling himself as "light powered" which I suppose is another way of saying "holy" or whatever, but the fact it isn't explicitly Holy energy could suggest that it's a "light powered" demon. Numerous fictional settings love to make use of twisting the use of "light" as a pure concept and instead it takes the extreme angle of rigid order and fascist-like rulership.
Don't forget there was a period of time where Chris was posting Twitter messages as if he was possessed by Sonichu, referring to himself in the third person as "mama", and only stopped because that was when G5 Pony was starting to be rolled out and he got so upset about it that he completely forgot to keep up his roleplaying.
This also goes way back even into pre-golden age Chris, when during the infamous Mary Lee Walsh meeting, Chris claimed he had a message for her from Sonichu.
