Containment Random Thoughts & Questions

Chris, on possible reasons why he was banned from the Game Place:

-One Friday, there was chaos going on; some of the players were not playing fair, some were roughhousing, some were just being too loud; I tried to calm things down and get things back in order, but it was just too much, and I exploded with a very loud, short yell. Such uproar may have frightened Mike as well.
-Shortly after finding the E.D. page in late October, 2007 I was seeking help in taking that site down, and even finding the perps who took that picture of me that was on that page from that Friday (the one of me in the green/purple stripes). My family and I went to and sat down with Mimms and Lucas, because we had known from the detective work that it was between those two that picture was taken then uploaded onto E.D. I think Mike may have had a fright from that event; it was like the police questioning the suspect while he/she was in a single chair under a single lamp. He may have had his own scandals that would have lead him into that situation eventually or previously.

According to Mimms and Lucas Q&A, Bob & Barb were pretty confrontational about the ED page and the picture. Mimms told us not to think of Bob as a crazy, senile old man because apparently Bob walked into the Game Place and was dead serious about the whole thing. Of course, such a thing would frighten Mike, seeing as though you have a mad, old couple going around, pestering and frightening all his patrons.

You know something, Game & Hobby stores like the Game Place were usually in big, big, warehouse type rooms. I'm sure there was plenty of things Chris did that went unnoticed...

Oh. Does anybody know if the Game Place moved to its new location?
I haven't been able to track Cville Hobbies down, but I noticed that Rail Tales now sells M:TG and strategy games. Maybe something forced the two stores to merge back together?

Strange question, but If Chris were to ever be jailed again, are there ways for the higher ups to find out immediately after it happened?

Sometimes his long stretches of silence make me wonder.

Pretty quickly, yeah. Probably a day or two after Rocky bails him out, tops.

Marvin or Alec, does Barb still drink a lot of alcohol? And if not, is it because she couldn't find any more "abusive babysitters" to leave Chris with while she and Bob drank?

I don't think she drinks nowadays.

Are you implying that Barb would leave Chris with a babysitter to this day if she could?

Who am I kidding, at this point she'd probably jump at the chance.

Is anyone else surprised that Chris seemingly shaves on a fairly regular basis? I watch his old vids, and he's always clean-shaven, even when he's clearly not showered in a few days. Why do you think he'd conform to one grooming standard and not others?

He doesn't grow facial hair. Why do you think that goatee he once tried to grow out looked so bad?

Recently I was looking at /cwc/ and someone referred to Clyde Cash, Liquid, etc. as "ween" trolls because they have trollsonas. I just want to set the record straight on a few things.

It makes sense to use a fake name if you're trolling someone like Chris. That's pretty common sense. It's also not bad to have an MO - Clyde's was the death of Ryan because Sonichu comics weren't being turned out, Liquid because he insisted he was the true Chris, etc. These are matters of necessity that really don't take a lot of forethought. What's ween is when people try to come up with elaborate, unrealistic sounding names and huge background stories for their "character" and they'll even write up wiki articles for them. Here's the thing with the wiki articles, BTW - it's mostly bullshit to pad out the article. The Clyde article originally was just "Clyde is a guy who trolls Chris." I, along with the rest of the CWCki community padded out the article with some flavorful background like how he was a vet and he was born on the 4th of July, that sort of thing. It's not like Clyde spent months figuring out his background, which is what most ween trolls seem to do.

Likewise, most of the trolls who trolled Chris never meant to do so. Liquid was just some guy who capitalized on Chris's first departure from YouTube by making his own videos as Chris, and he was so amusing that got our attention and we asked him if he'd like to screw around with Chris. Alec can tell you, he just drew a comic but it was such a superb satire of Sonichu that we asked him to join us. Chris assumed BlueSpike was a girl because his voice hadn't matured and that's how Julie came to be. Ivy's told her story how she got caught up in things. Ween trolls think they're going to go out and start trolling people. At least it Chris, it usually doesn't happen that way, it just sort of just happens and then trolling happens.

Then there's sagas, a pet peeve of mine. Sagas were something that I might have come up with, or at least Vivian, just to describe threads of events. I think the first instance of it was with Miyamoto, the idea was that there was a ton of stuff involved with it, mainly a story that was told through e-mails, videos made by Chris, etc. that it made sense to group it all together because otherwise, you'd miss the big picture. Unfortunately, it's warped so if someone sends an e-mail to Chris saying he's gay, they think it's the "Chris is gay saga." Or they'll try to force sagas or start sagas with other lolcows. Here's the thing - very early on, it was tried to planned out events of how things would go with Chris. Eventually the only thing predictable about Chris is he's unpredictable and it got to a point where we just went with a flow and that's how most things worked. Weeners tend to focus on plotting out sagas.

I think the big distiguishing mark of a ween is they do it for attention. Every successful Chris troll I've met are very private people who would prefer people don't know who they are. They probably would not want a wiki article about them and they're usually very secretive about their identity. Weeners I've seen tend to troll just so everyone can lavish them with attention and write wiki articles as if to give their life meaning. That's not how it works.

Also, I don't think what worked with Chris necessarily will work for any other lolcow. The thing with Liquid was he targeted a very specific part of Chris's psyche, namely how he clings to his identity and assaulted it. I suppose it could apply to anyone but I don't think pretending to be another lolcow would necessarily work. I also don't think every lolcow needs a wiki. Why Chris warrants a wiki is because so much of his life is intertwined, you can look at Sonichu but unless you know what's his past is like, you won't understand a thing and he often references to things in his past that someone who just found out about him couldn't deduce the context. I don't think every lolcow needs one though.

Just my thoughts on the subject.

The feeling of the itchy follicles might bother him due to his sensory defensiveness.

Was the root cause of Chrissy's urge to wear dresses and use the woman's washroom ever found/revealed?
You'd need about 9 psychologists, a pound of mescaline, and some sort of machine that translates gibberish into English just to get to the root cause of the Sonichu medallion. I don't even want to think what it would take to get to the root cause of his Tomgirlism. (because I seriously doubt it's anything as simple as why other males choose to wear womens clothes.)

The mescaline would be for the psychologists, BTW

My guess is that the tomgirlism is linked to Chris' idolization of women, but I don't know if he has always wanted to be a girl (Crystal?) or if the desire to crossdress developed later. However, we ARE talking about a man who can't stand the sight of his own penis.

Looking at your penis might turn you gay. Just... just think about that for a moment.

Someone told him to understand females more, and so he decided to do so was to dress up like one. Just wish we had clarification on who inspired him.

I know that story, but I don't buy that it's the ONLY cause. Chris is a dumbass and all, but it's still a pretty big leap from "Understand your feminine side" to "Become a transvestite." Keep in mind how often in his past he engaged in feminine activities and cross-dressing. I think there's something even more warped in his mind that could be at least part of the root cause of Tomgirl.

Of course, trying to understand Chris is like trying to glue together a shattered mirror after some of the pieces have been thrown out.
