But did that option get exercised in Chris's case? He was originally charged with incest, then the J&DR judge reviewed the case and sent it to the Circuit Court's grand jury with the sole charge still being incest. According to VA law, incest with mother is a felony. https://law.lis.virginia.gov/vacode/title18.2/chapter4/section18.2-366/ Then Heilberg filed for deferral. I don't see where a lesser offense being requested would fit in that timeframe.

It didn't. But it was an available option, and therefore "on the table." Both the prosecution and the defense can always make an argument for a finding on a lesser included offense before the case is submitted for decision. It's generally hedging a bet.

It probably would have made little difference since the misdemeanor version would have basically had Chris released with time served but with a conviction, and with someone like Chris, a criminal record is almost meaningless since he's never going to do dick with his life anyway.
 
Don't know where else to put this, but I accidentally seem to have confirmed the rumors of Liquid Chris and Kacey divorcing while doing my own research on Liquid Chris on here and the CWCki. He has seemingly remarried according to his (mildly active?) Facebook account that was posted on another thread before, updated with recent wedding photos. Good on him, honestly.

Anyhow main reason I found this out was because I was wondering if they legit also got Liquid Chris on Mewgenics, but as I was typing this post I found a TikTok post from McMillen saying that he strongly believes that it was him. So there's that.

I think "Honor Roll" is "soo" stupid and egotistical he can not see that others think differently: he lacks theory of mind. So when someone disagrees with him or thinks what he does is gross or wrong, "Chris Chan" thinks that is only because that person is "evil" and/or "a nutty slow-in-the-mind" -- because the idiot thinks he's always right and cannot truly grasp that others can have more knowledge and experience than him. And that idiocy and ego compounded with severe "high functioning" autism doesn't really help.

I was reading the CWCwiki and something jumped out at me: Bob was born in 1927.

That's mind-blowing because Chris and I are the same age and his father was born in the god damned roaring 20's.

I mean I knew on an intellectual level that his father was 60ish when Chris was born but I had never seen the number '1927' in print until now.
 
When the freak made up "Christian Love Day", was it supposed to be "Christian Love" as in love by Christians, or was it about kissing his egotistical ass? Maybe it was both.

So when Bob was born it was the world The Great Gatsby was set in. And around the time he was born, The Jazz Singer -- the first movie with audio -- was out in theaters. Bob was around 2 years old when the stock market crashed. Childhood during Great Depression. Maybe old enough to be drafted in WW2, definitely old enough for the Korean War. Old enough to be in a career in the 1950s (parents of folks the same age as "Honor Roll" were born around that decade). Getting middle-aged by that time Neil Armstrong took "one small step" on the lunar soil. Certainly middle-aged when Watergate made the news. And already almost at retirement... when he and Barb "gave the birth" to what Encyclopedia Dramatica called "The Mistake of God"? I wonder what was going through Bob's mind when he decided to settle with Barb? And why'd Borb even decide to "give the birth" anyway?

So, do we know why Praetor and Caden are helping Chris? Is he really bringing in enough money to justify having babysit him? I kind of doubt it. So, what is really their goal?
If it was all about money, I feel they would have kicked him to the curb by now. Unless, they want to do that but are unsure what to do with him.

It was both. It was basically Valentine's Day but only for straight people.

I believe the intent has evolved over time.

Pre-jail, I think it was fun for them to have a pet retard that they could tease without him catching on that he was the butt of the joke. Maybe they thought they could make some cash off of him, but Chris was really past his prime by that point anyway.

While he was in jail, he was very easy to manage since the criminal justice system was doing all the heavy lifting. All Praetor had to do was sort his mail and act as a gatekeeper

Post-jail, I think it's a lot simpler. Caden puts Chris up in his house and takes his cut of the tugboat as rent before Chris gets a chance to waste it. Everybody wins* Chris gets a place to stay -- that's no small feat for someone like him. Could you imagine him trying to shop for an apartment on his own? And Caden gets a little revenue stream with a permanent tenant who isn't going to cause too much trouble -- he's not going to throw wild parties or try to rip the copper wire out of the walls. Selling gravel and medallions is just gravy,

And now of course we have proof that Cambian is living in that big, ugly square that looks like half of its face is chopped off.

Which means he can monitor Chris more carefully now (since he could only do it from afar as he was not allowed to leave Missouri at the time, probably before his letting Chris move into the house he had probably planned to move in there eventually anyway).

Anywho, because his move was delayed Chris was allowed more freedom and since Cambodia is living there now, that means Chris probably has more security measures in the house not to mention whatever schemes Carter can cook up and force Chris to act or go along with the or even just ignore it and stick to the plan.

This could align with why Flutter did not go to the con with him this time and why she hasn't been spotted since Christmas, more likely explains why Chris is reaching out for attention more and is more determined to get out of the house and reconnect with people.

Chris didn't give a crap about what anyone thought until this last couple months. He's essentially been going about the last 2 years "ignoring all the haters".

But if he had sudden restricted freedom and his girlfriend was cut off because Condom finally was able to move in and start dictating things in a more micromanagerial sense, then of course Chris is going to want to get out of the house, going to take more offense to the comments that he was ignoring for the most part and start going through a "Redemption Arc".
 
Chris is just lashing out because of getting kicked from a pony con, not for attention in general. He's been obsessing over pony fandom people like Lightning Bliss (who was part of that convention) for years, and the last time he successfully attended a pony con was all the way back in 2019. There was a pony con in 2020 he'd been looking forward to that got cancelled due to COVID, and Chris's response was to flip out and roleplay as Sonichu for almost a year.
