Does anyone know what church Chris goes to now?
Last we heard he quit going to church after the new pastor decided to not take his stupid shit. The church not becoming his personal army always played a factor.

Also GAS IS EXPENSIVE.

I thought he went to a new church with his mother now. But I guess I was wrong.

For reasons unknown, Barb isn't much of a churchgoer.

(But if I were to hazard a guess, I'd say it has something to do with her sexual proclivities as expressed in her twenties and thirties, and people not looking too kindly on it. I mean, it seems like the last place a sexually free woman would want to be in the 1960s South would be a church. So much stink-eye.)

Barb is a Griffin. Her hoard is her treasure and she will tear you apart if you try to take it.

I was watching [cwc]For_Chris[/cwc] when I noticed this in the description: "This video also has the first and last mention of a "relationship management" class. Sources say that the teacher of this class can't stand Chris, and is constantly trying to redirect him to "special" classes". While I am aware of Chris taking these classes I've never heard the bit about his teacher before, so I checked the Talk Page and found this (sorry about the nested quotes):

"And I remember these adjectives, you know why? Because I been takin' a relationship management class! So I'm able to hold my lil' notes so I, so I can better make, sort out, sort out the list, so I can make this video. -Chris" I have heard rumors on the /cwc/ about Chris showing up at couple therapy sessions. Can someone confirm this info with something solid and where should it fit? Griffintown 19:59, 23 October 2009 (CEST)

According to the PVCC, it's...a class for social retards to learn to interact with people. The teacher is recommending Chris to some "special" classes and apparently wants him to fuck off. I'll see if I can find the posts. --James Lamp-Eye 21:17, 23 October 2009 (CEST)

Actually, it's more along the lines of a class for couples and of course Chris is the only single person there. He's more or less expecting it to be dating ed except he doesn't realizes that those sort of classes tend to be for people already in relationships. --Champthom 22:41, 23 October 2009 (CEST)
This was obviously long ago so the details of it are probably forgotten by now, but is there any more info of what actually happened? What's "special classes" for a course like that?

Dear Chris,
Big fan, I remember in a recent video you mentioned going to a relationship class. How was your experience, what was it like, and is there any lessons you can pass down to us, your fans.
Thanks

It was a pleasant class. The most important lesson is to Look At Yourself; count all your positives you have to offer, then sort out the qualities you are looking for in your Sweetheart, and consider multiple real-life scenarios within and around relationships

I took Relationship Management courses, and currently the listed mentality is not only outdated, but I know those things are Optional. And letting the other know it may hurt ON THE FIRST TIME shows that I, the man, care and respect her, the woman, in a way.

Someone also postulated that Chris joined the Young Adult Social Group (where he met The Wallflower) because Rocky wanted to dissuade him from going to the couples therapy one.

Another spoiler here for the wall of text from Kacey Call 22.

Thanks a lot for going through all the trouble to dig that stuff upp, but I was mainly asking about the "special classes" and "teacher hated him" bit (sorry! Now I feel like a jerk (:_( ).

Oh sorry, I must have misinterpreted. My theory is that the special classes may have been the Young Adult Social Group where he met the Wallflower, as she seemed like an odd kettle and that was right after the relationship classes. Either that or he didn't want to do the special classes, and compromised with Rocky on doing the YASG as he had a chance of meeting a heart-sweet there. As for the teacher, I can imagine that Chris hijacked the class by talking about trolls and gal-pals. In the Kacey call he admits to talking about the trolls in class, and he tends to hijack events (McIntyre Park et. al). I can't imagine she was too happy having to teach a single person either.

Almost wanted to make this a poll, but here goes anyway: When everyone talks of getting Chris help for his myriad problems, does the same apply to Barb, or do people hope she just fucks off in a corner somewhere?

It's okay, I just hope you don't feel like I wasted your time!

But in that call he mentions how there was just one other person in the class that day (who was presumably also there on her own), with three people not showing up (again an odd number), so unless one of the missing three was dating the one girl who showed up there would be enlisted as taking the course on their own (of course they might have a partner that didn't sign up, but they would still be taking the class by themselves).
You're probably right he talked too much though, it would just be fun to get a citation on what happened.

Barb needs help too.

I think it's generally assumed that fixing her problems would take more years than she has left anyway, so it's moot.

Since I ran funnytranslator on Chris's recent Facebook post, I thought I'd do another.

Well, I think of Barb as closer to an adult than Chris. She's capable of making her own decisions. It's the same thing with other hoarders. Generally speaking, until their garbage is spilling out into the street, it's a private issue and the government isn't going to force them to do anything they don't want to. However, if she does decide she wants help, then sure, she should definitely get some. Or if they had some family who cared about them, both Chris and Barb could use an intervention or something like that. But I guess interventions don't technically have any legal strength either, do they? They just kinda hope that the interventionee(?) accepts that their life sucks and that they need help.

Did one of Chris's recent poem:

From 29 October 2013, durable in my heart: last lost a true friendship and the (theoretical) loved him. Pressure and pressed steel wheels with/link on the Plains. Bleeding love and feeling lost in a row! Brush the constant pain and suffering heart! Natural breast enlargement (breast) for him. ... Irreparible high school [close] Gal Pal prison (with a description), as in truth, Sarah hurtfullest. If you want to compress to a adult shrew.

Is there any evidence of Chris and Barb spooning? I keep seeing it mentioned in the forum but does anyone have any evidence of it? Especially relating to Bob getting mad at them about it as I've seen that mentioned as well.
