But hasn't he slowly been snapping/ degenerating for the past few years? I mean first The PLACe then Walmart... what next?
Huh? The game place is a great example that Chris isn't snapping. That's an example of Chris' running away when things get tough. Same thing with walmart. He was quietly trying to rebellious and he just happened to get caught.

He's a colossal pussy. His instinct is to always run home to mommy.

Having watched The Wizard of Oz a month ago, did Chris base Mary Lee Walsh on the Wicked Witch of the West? I imagine that he must've seen the movie at some point with his parents or maybe he found the sepia tone too STRESSFUL for his little mind to handle.
Imagine him watching the movie now knowing that it stars a gay icon. It'll be a riot.

I think for Chris to 'snap' he'd have to be under extreme psychological pressure, which is why I don't think he'd snap outside of a group home. Chris is too dumb to place much psychological weight on most things, perhaps including being homeless. The most stress anything has ever put on him psychologically is the trolling and I don't think that would ever become extreme enough for him to break under it.

Now in a group home or a mental institution on the other hand, he probably would lose his sanity.
Getting locked up in a jail cell made him go pretty bonkers, according to his own words anyway.

I don't think he'd care. For example, Chris is very much against people with Asperger syndrome, because he thinks they take away the spotlight from High Functioning Autistics. The creator of Pokemon has Asperger syndrome. Now, according to CatParty, Chris is perfectly aware of this and just doesn't care. He continues to play Pokemon games, buy Pokemon products and would be perfectly willing to rip Pokemon off if trolls didn't ruin his brilliant creation.

If you'll permit me this comparison, it's like Hitler. Hitler, as you know, called for extermination of all the Jews. No exceptions. Even people who weren't really Jewish but had Jewish parents like Fritz Lang wouldn't have been spared. But there was this one Jew whose work Hitler really liked (I think it was a playwright). The SS told him that this man needed to be exterminated and Hitler refused to do it. He yelled, in true Chris fashion, 'I DECIDE WHO'S A JEW'.

Well Chris decides who's a gay icon/has asperger's.

Did Chris ever bring up crystal in "conversations" with his parents?

He's probably told his parents about a lot more than that. (In fact, he has; he told Barb about his masturbation habits.)

However, I don't think either of them ever actually listened to what Chris had to talk out. They branded Chris as an retard and nothing would ever shake that label, not even semi-competent speech. Exceptional individuals, you see, don't deserve common courtesies like attentive listeners.

To be fair, I don't think Chris himself is a very good listener. He lacks the attention span.

Being in a holding cell for 24 hours has a tendency to fuck with you. At a certain point, especially if you're by yourself, you'll do anything to keep yourself amused. For me it was sleep and trying my damndest to get an officer to tell me the time. For Chris it was acting like a genie from a crazy old TV show.

Chris is lucky he got his own holding cell. I can see him being a nuisance if it was packed.

In response to your statement, I ask you a question. Would YOU, in full honesty, full truth, in your right mind, at all, listen to Chris if you were Barb? How would you feel if you woke up the next morning with droning moaning and blather coming from the face next to you?

I have a few friends who really like Pokemon. When they get to talking about it, I just absolutely glaze over. Bores the shit out of me. I have no interest in it, and there's something about how it sounds when you ramble on and on about it that causes my brain to totally shut down.

These friends are otherwise intelligent and funny, and decidedly neurotypical. When they get to that interest we don't share, they can instantly make me tune out. I can't imagine listening to Chris, who has no idea what "interesting" means and is perpetually incoherent. It'd probably kill me.

I guess Chris would've told everybody and their cousin online if Borb told Chris "you'll never get married and have kids". I can't imagine them every having that talk with him though.

I've heard that if its your first time in jail you get your own cell, especially if it was a fairly non-violent crime (someone correct me if I'm wrong). The cops probably took one look at him and figured he was 'tarded too. I'd doubt that the Ruckersville/Charlottesville jail is usually filled anyway, other than Otis the town drunk coming in to lock himself up nightly.

What's the latest as far as insurance/rebuilding the house goes?

It seems like we haven't heard much since he got the big care package, or maybe I missed something. All we know is that he does, in fact, like the Lego Movie.

If the winters are cold in Ruckersville and Charlottesville, I am sure Otis would have a few homeless people, I heard of stories where some homeless people will break a store window in November or December to stay in jail for a few months to get free food, and shelter and they get out in March (as messed up as it sounds)

Three hots and a cot.

I found this article and... Well, just have a read:

Sounds hauntingly familiar, especially the "standing my ground" part after being confronted about being creepy in a mall.
