You can not clean your house for a year and after someone scrubs it down it will be okay. It took 30+ years for 14 BLC to become the cesspool it was. As dirty as it was that didn't happen over night.

True, but they're also letting the dogs piss and shit all over the floor. Letting animal waste just sit like that will do some permanent damage.

I said this in a thread a while ago but seeing as it's come up again and since my flat was vandalized and learned a little bit more on the subject I'll Chime in;

A friend of mine owns a lot of rental houses an flats, and he has told me if your going to be renting a home in a low income, area or in a place that likely to have kid's and pet's you get the laminate flooring tanked in, what this means is you take off the skirting board place a thick layer of plastic sheeting down and heat seal the seams and then lightly spot glue it down to the floor then you lay the laminate flooring (A god send to renters) then reattach the skirting board. So if a mess isn't cleaned up or you have tenants with less than ideal cleanliness you don't have problems with water damage, and nasty stuff than can leave smells seeping into the floor or the bottom of the plaster board.

The thing is I don't think Chris an Barb would destroy a place out of malice, my friend has in the past had people move the day before the Court enforced eviction people show up move all there stuff out rip out all the wiring, piping doors, punched holes in the plaster and in one case try to set fire to the place. They are just messy and don't care about Cat or Dog crap on the floor an will walk around a spill on the floor till it drys, they wouldn't go out of there way to intentionally destroy a place they are living in but it's a war of attrition. Hopefully the owner was smart tanked the floors and what damage there is was cosmetic and they where not there long enough for any real problems from lack of maintenance to occur and the rodent problem might just have been a issue with living in a semi rural area that can be controlled if you know what your doing or are willing to get some one is after the fact to deal with after the fact and that is something a insurance agency would fight over.

this tomgirl thing happened for many reasons, but the big one i think is having to do with his fears of being gay
we know chris is fine with gay women, not so much with gay men
chris has said that he hears voices taunting him by calling him gay
i would conclude on this front that chris wants to be female so he can be gay and still fit his morals
i'm sure another big reason is his bent duck, i would hate it too. and in a way, i feel pity for him because of that.

i can't help but wonder, if chris was still making sonichu, would he have scrapped the comic and started with sonichu being female?

Chris doesn't want hormones. They won't change his body (as far as he can tell). His body is super sexy and womanly. Chris is only barely aware of hormones, and only because he has to take a few of them before the doctor will cut off his ding dong and sell it to china.

I agree with you that it's a little weird Christian wants to be female, but wants to fuck bitches. He's unlike most other trannys I've ever met, undoubtfully due to the autism. He takes whatever aspects of being a male or female are suited to him, and not necessarily in equal proportions. That's why he likes My little pony AND transformers. That's why he wears female clothing, but is a complete slob about it. He actually does enjoy prancing around his house like a little girl and poorly applying makeup. He just also probably likes to jerk off to bitches in porn too. Chris thinks being a lesbian with female parts would solve his problems. He thinks if he was a real woman lesbians would line up to fuck him. He would rather have them fuck his duck, but at this point he'd be happy just too have a sure option. Christian is male or female whenever one is more convenient. Because in his mind this is a binary choice he has decided to identify as female, because it more appropriately describes how he is different than male. Autism makes grey area really complex, so he can't see it as a fluid middle. He does with a lot things on a spectrum. Like insisting he has the good kind of autism (high functioning). Seeing Christian as gender fluid makes it a lot easier to accept some of these behaviors. So you're both right, He is a tranny, but also not really. He's definitely not a TRUE & HONEST female, but he's clearly into some of the tranny shit he does. He's fluid between genders, just not always in equal or consistent proportions.

As I started this out, the real trans he is, would be TransAge, he's more a Manbaby than a male lesbian. But of course as true as that is, it isnt the label he wants to project.

Your non-binary gender point is spot-on I think. I am not really into SJW stuff, but it is hard to argue that gender and sexuality are continuous.

It could explain why he is attracted to women (which I think he is) and still comes accross as a repressed homosexual sometimes. Suppose he is something like 80% straight. A normal guy like that would want to have sex with women. Occassionally, he might notice a man is handsome, but not want to have sex with him. Chris, on the other hand, has no idea how to deal with his 20% homosexuality.

As you say, the same thing applies to his gender. He is probably legitimately confused about it. But he has no interest in exploring it with a therapist, or finding a middle-ground. He just wants one word, one identity, that defines him.

Yea dude, I'm not really SJW myself and tend to think most of the stuff they spout is nonsense, but i've met a half dozen transgendered people in my life I knew well enough to talk to them about this stuff. Sometimes its as easy as I was born X gender, but I'm totally Y gender. Not as often, but sometimes they realize they're actually comfortable somewhere inbetween, which is why I know the term gender-fluid. Of course we don't know much about Christian's gender identity other than he seemingly came out of the blue and declared he's a woman now. Though given what I know about his history and emotional realization capabilities I'm assuming he's somewhere in the middle. It's just too complicated for Christian to figure out in his head, especially when he's not seeking any outside guidance for this issue and just seemingly winging a gender transition (seriously why doesn't Barb make him see a shrink, if not for this just anything?). Like I said, I don't have all the information, but this seems logically closer than Christian is totally a woman and always has been. He clearly has a lot of complicated gender issues though, so it might be something else even more complicated. It's hard to take Christian's word for it, because he is so clearly confused himself.

I mean I may be wrong. I know you're holding more cards than the rest of us, especially in situations like these. You know more, so I'm not gonna argue. But from what I can see that's my opinion.

My most recent take on the tomgirl thing is this: Chris likes women - okay. Chris also thinks that he should be a woman and should be treated as such - okay. The subjectivity here comes from how he thinks women "ought" to be treated, and if the endless sweetheart sagas are any indication, it boils down to this: Chris thinks that women want to be infantilised. Case in point: he imagines that his grating baby talk will instantly turn vaginas into fire hoses.

But it's more than that: this is exactly how Chris himself wants to be treated. Chris wants to be infantilised. He wants to be a child his whole life. It's completely consistent with the notion that he wants to be a woman, and therefore infantilised.

Taken together, Chris is looking for a socially competent woman who will infantilise him and treat him like a child, but who simultaneously wants to be infantilised herself.

I can't imagine why the Love Quest has inevitably ended in failure after more than a decade.

the whole "girlfriend from the ground up" phrase bugged me. because it sounds like chris wanted his girlfriend to be brainwashed and to do whatever he wanted, to be remade in a way he wanted.
i also get the feeling the only reason he blames those EVIL GAY TROLLS instead of women (or heaven forbid.. himself) is that he thinks women are stupid naive and don't know what an honor it is to raise be waifu for chris and bare his godjesus ordained child
