If Chris really wanted to show how much of a TRUE AND HONEST Lesbian Soul he is, he'd watch Yuru Yuri and love it.
 
The entire plot of Madoka is about girls trying to save their lesbian crushes from certain doom.

I know that as far as anime descriptions go that's like saying "this RPG is about how there just might be some problems with organized monotheism," especially if you replace "girls" with "teenagers" and "lesbian" with "homosexual," but it's still pretty obvious in Madoka.

Then again, Chris is the man so impervious to satire that Uncle Ruckus and Family Guy flew over his head. People like Chris are the reason shows like Captain Planet are created. Anything less subtle misses the mark.

Dude should take anime recommendations from Richard Eisenbeis and watch Sword Art Online and Sakura Trick. Those two really are kindred spirits. I'm sure Christine'll make it as a Kotaku reviewer in no time.

I think Tsukashi is partially lesbian but I don't recall anything in the show implying that Tsukiko is? Maybe there is something like that and I just don't remember it.

Chris did not think Sailor Moon was masculine, he thought Sailor Moon was pretty (the full title in Japanese includes the word for "pretty", that's good enough for Chris) and he doesn't see how attraction to fictional minors could be construed as weird. Chris had a stack of Playboy magazines "keeping him straight", too.
 
There are still plenty of shows for guys with hot underage chicks he could've gotten posters for. Or he could've just gotten a poster of a real woman who was older than fourteen so he wouldn't look like a weaboo, a virgin, a creepy old man, or a homo. You'd think that'd cross his mind given how he constantly bitches about his image.

It really is amazing how someone can be that paranoid about how people perceive him without actually being even slightly self conscious. You'd figure he'd learn to either brush it off or read between the lines.

He never has.

Too may of these shows in Japan pretty much do that anymore (I've seen how it ruins plenty of 30-something salarymen).
 
How many of Coleslaw's Twitter followers and YouTube viewers got there because they were reading about Chris first?
 
In terms of income, do the Chandlers occupy the working poor or the underclass?

Quick edit, I know no one at 14BC works, I'm just referring to the income range of "working poor."

Bob and Barb, together, were average-to-wealthy. Bob was an engineer for many years. Barb was a secretary with Virginia Power for awhile. They managed to maintain two properties in separate counties when the school board tried to lock Chris up.

They're basically a rich couple who had a retard son who didn't work.

Well, also Barb's trashy as hell, so there's that too.
