The thing about Tumblr is that you can search for fuckin' anything and you'll always get some snowflakery that just flies out of nowhere. I've felt more flustered reading some of these lists than going through border control at airports.
That's not even including the blacklist and the disclaimer!
It always throws me a bit when two weird, uncannily similar people somehow manage to find each other in the real world. How does their relationship work in real life? Do they pretend to be their characters? Are they constantly roleplaying? Strange stuff.

I remember a documentary from my highschool psychology class about a woman who lived most of her life without realizing that she had actually been born male. The doctors tested her brain's response to estrogen and testosterone and, sure enough, it responded much more to the testosterone even though she identified as a woman. There is a clear difference between male and female bodies and brain structure and it's been documented for years. I'll edit this post if I can find it.

If you have BPD, NPD, PPD, HPD and AVPD, god help your partner because you must be an absolute nightmare. Whoever diagnosed you with more than one personality disorder must be working out of a back alley and their ass.

Either she's lying about getting a professional diagnosis (the most likely case), or she got tested and simply showed traits of some of these personality disorders. Of course, showing traits doesn't mean one has the disorder. She just took that to mean that she has all these things when she hasn't.

And on top of that DID? That's so rare that the international medical community debates if it even exists or if it's a culture-bound disorder. And it means you have to be completely and severely traumatized from a very young age. Which I highly doubt is the case of just about any of these Tumblrtards who claim to have DID. Among other things that I won't get into here regarding DID.
Point is, I think this retard is lying about being diagnosed at all. And, if they somehow were diagnosed, whoever they went to is a complete and utter fucking moron.
Well, with AvPD, the underlying pattern for them is that you wish to have interactions with others, but you're absolutely terrified of them and get extremely anxious. Slight nuance, but you are correct that it's fucking ridiculous. They are frightened of new relationships and heavily prefer to stick with the stable ones they already have because they trust them a bit. Meanwhile, this is contradicted by the BPD and HPD labels. BPD constantly upset their own relationships through their process of splitting (black and white thinking, idealization and demonization). HPD are dramatic and seek out attention, seek out new relationships, and interpret new relationships as being deeper than they truly are. Utterly contradictory to AvPD.
Also, what's with these Tumblrtards idolizing Cluster B personality disorders? They're easily the most destructive in terms of their general actions. As I've said, having a personality disorder doesn't excuse your actions because you're still cognizant and can control yourself. It'd be like trying to blame something fucked up like raping and murdering babies on your depression.
