god i resent them citing historical "third genders" for proof of le sex/gender spectrum. these dudes are so disconnected from knowing anything at all about history and anthropology that they don't understand that these roles were assigned to gender non conforming people and often gay people to alienate them from normal people. plus how often only a male could be assigned these roles because females had to stay in the subservient roles. you'd think that how much they harp on about gay history and feminism they'd have actually read something more than the wikipedia synopses, but no.

plus assigning sex via chromosomes is not "XX is female XY is male" even though that's the case 99% of the time, it's more like "if a Y chromosome is present the human is male, if not the human is female". and i love how they pretend that chromosomal disorders like kleinfelter's and turner syndrome and meta sexes have Absolutely No Problems And Intersex Is Normal And Fine UwU. plus how they just refer to these people as "intersex" you can tell they know fuck all about the actual science behind sex and karyotyping despite loving the "muh biology proves sex is a spectrum!!" argument.

yeah and did you know some of these thought the sun was on a boat in the sky? that trees were made from squid guts? that the earth is a sperm? that women couldn't get to a good afterlife unless they died in childbirth? that blacks were inferior? that if you don't kill off your best warriors the world would end? you still wanna keep going with this shit?
