No sure about the rest, but this one is 99% someone taking the piss.
There are legit SJ Tumblrinas aplenty and their actual opinions are retarded enough that there's no need to post obvious trolls.
Signs a poster is most likely a troll:
  • Look at the tags. If a Tumblrina is complaining about transmisogyny or some shit but is randomly tagging the post with a lot of unrelated but generically sj-flavored tags like #feminism #otherkin #racism #scopophobia etc. it's probably a troll.
  • Unironic usage of "(die) cis scum", "uwu", " (◕‿◕✿)" or "check your privilege" in a post more recent than two years ago.
  • Their blog has posts complaining about their mom wanting them to clean their room and do chores or about them getting grounded and calling it abuse. Almost always a troll. Look out instead for terms like "gaslighting" and "survivor" getting thrown around liberally.
  • They use one of the default themes unedited and don't have themed icons/backgrounds. If the font size is nigh illegibly tiny and the theme is pastel colored with a bunch of anime/cartoon characters, it's probably legit.
  • They barely reblog fanworks for their fandoms and barely interact with other like minded Tumblrinas, it's all just their own posts or reblogs from other obvious troll blogs.
I probably forgot a few, but those are some reliable tell-tale signs I've noticed.

Another tip: check their bio. If they say "transfat" or "transracial", if they say something like "I am toiletkin and pooping is oppressive", or have two conflicting identities in their bio i.e. "radfem and transwoman", they're a troll.

I kinda disagree with that one because there is a lot of people on tumble who says they are a transwoman radfem since feminism is the ultimate moment on the site.
