So.. Would she get in legal trouble if she actually sends people pictures, or would it just be the person receiving it?

I feel like she should be punished as well for willing doing this, but I'm not sure if she's able to..

This shouldn't be the case and is flagrantly idiotic, since the crime is based on the fact that a minor is being exploited, so prosecuting someone for exploiting themselves, as if they were an adult predator, is absolutely insane.

Nonetheless it happens all the time, with compelled registration as a "sex offender" for taking a picture of yourself.

Depending on the city/state there are laws as to how big a blade you can carry. Pretty sure 12" is a normal limit. Down to something like 2" in places like New York.
