This is my favorite part. Even if this episode was really about trans issues, there is literally nothing wrong with any of this. Would you rather encourage children to jump right into possibly life-threatening medical procedures? Many people suffer horrible side effects from hormones, particularly testosterone. It's generally a good idea to make a thoughtful, informed decision when it comes to any elective medical procedure, it's not just a trans thing.

These were the same group of people who said Osomatsu was disrespecting trans people because the two dudes transform to girls just to pimp them for some money. THESE are also the same group of people who flip the switch and started pairing up the brothers just because it's a cartoon and they don't exist lol.
They'll be butt hurt about it now, but then they'll fuck it up like every series that comes out.

Well, IIRC these fucktards can't handle Live-action Television and resort to watching children's cartoons since they're "non-offensive".
But when one dares to challenge their mentality and provide a non-coddled viewpoint, especially in their precious kids' cartoons, they're obviously gonna rage a shitstorm.

And even then they're always dismissive of the more feminine/passive/Anti-SJW/girly female characters. If a female character isn't brandishing a sword, punching dudes, being sassy, or being "lesbians" with another girl she's a "disgrace of a woman!!!".

The Osomatsu fandom is really weird. On one side you just have the people who have fun, but then you've got the yaoi fans and their kinks and the SJWs who complain about Iyami being "transphobic and racist" (cause he's "a racist caricature of a Japanese man"???) and hating that ep for no reason (it wasn't really mocking trans people, just your old crossdressing jokes), but then they're also the same people who turn all the characters into black/poly/fat trannies and make the sextuplets more incestous than the Lannisters.

And Buttercup tranny was a tumblr thing before the show, I think. Along with fat Bubbles.

The same thing happened some time ago with a DC Movies casting, that I think they're planning to make Zatanna latina, and the same comments flooded around. iirc Zatanna is italian, so why are they robbing italians of positive representation that isn't "mafia lords"?
