You don't have a mental illness because you looked up some exaggerated symptoms and it aligned with seven different illnesses which you now claim to have all of when you're 15 (as I recall, minors cannot legally be diagnosed with a mental illness unless it is severely affecting their daily life, and I'm pretty sure you can't have more than one mental illness (ie, you can't be bipolar and schizophrenic)).

EDIT: Comorbidity's a thing, I know now. I'm talking about dumb kids who list every known disorder on their blog and claim to have it

Exactly. Not to mention, any professional will tell you that bipolar disorder can cause hallucinations and other schizophrenic symptoms, but it's NOT the same as actually having schizophrenia. These kids will have one symptom of five illnesses and "diagnose" themselves with them all.

comorbidity is very common in many mental illnesses actually.

unfortunately, tumblr sees that and assumes "oh my god, some experts believe anywhere up to 40% of people with ADHD have comorbid OCD, and i self-diagnosed myself with ADHD already, so i must have OCD too"
