The holy Steven Universe has sinned. The newest episode featured a character that built a weapon designed to kill the bad guys, the lesson being that 'punching up' puts you at the same level as the people you're fighting against.

Yeah, Tumblr lost their mind when it was announced a majority of characters in Suicide Squad were Pee-o-Cee and started defending it almost instantly.
So now they're losing it that it's almost positively more of a mess than the new Ghostbusters movie and worse than the Fantastic Four reboot according to come reveiws.
Comic book fans are always entertaining, but this has the benefit of SJW's losing it too. I sure hope they realize that Hollywood does this on purpose sooner or later.

I'm okay with them getting triggered by Steven Universe. The more the merrier (Still salty about that Osomatsu cameo).
They probably have no idea what the fuck is happening in Germany/France or are probably thinking "those white sluts deserve it!!! POCs are allowed to kill and rape others cause it's their culture uwu" I'd love to see how they'd react if this happened in the USA...

4) They weren't black in the Prince of Egypt. Most Egyptians aren't black.

Also, there's something quite eerie about "liking" a shitty movie just because the leads are minorities...It's like they're suggesting they should just contend themselves with doing crappy films and never go ahead in life.

Well, considering who is the intended audience the lesson you are supposed to take away from this is probably, "Even if someone is mean, do not be mean back. Just go tell a teacher".
When i said before that this show did not seem age appropriate for them i meant that i thought they were too mentaly advanced to have any use for watching it. As it turns out they are not mentaly advanced enough to understand media for six year olds. Perhaps teletubbies is more in their ballpark although seeing glorious POC dipsy being oppressed by white devil lala is probably too triggering

Overall, tumblrites just continue to show they didn't give a fuck about the "so progressive" show until lesbians happened, considering the conclusion of the episode was basically a nod to an early S1 episode how the missing plot device valued all life. Even the life of the enemy.
It's nothing new, but they wanna all act like they've been betrayed because their precious mouthpiece won't be the poster boy to their narrative. Don't worry. Next episode will make them love the show again.

Or, you know, you obsessed over a fictional character like a thirsty idiot for shallow reasons (their sexuality) and because the author decided to kill them off (in a manga with a huge body count) you're being overly dramatic because your toys got taken away. Move on.
And I haven't read SnK in a while, but I'm just going to assume the character in question was never gay to begin with.
