She made that "boys attacked girl" news article that had the picture of the girl attacked by a kangaroo, right? And then said she couldn't help needing to make things up.

I don't know, but I wouldn't doubt it. She tends to believe tabloids and all sorts of fake news easily. She blames it on being mentally ill, but in reality she's just a dumbass.

If he's hardly in it why fuss? Wasn't he that little guy that followed Gaston around in the animated film? Pretty sure he's gonna be single not because he's gay, but because his bf fell off a castle.

Lesbian Beast...?
To be fair to them, Disney's Beast *does* look a whole lot like some of those genderspeshul unshaved lesbians on Tumblr, so it's not much of a stretch... (Bonus: at the end of the movie, Beast (F) becomes Human (M,) the first tranny Disney prince, just by shaving her legs finally. Tumblr would love it!)

They are the same people who #FreeBleed and shit and piss themselves to "smash the patriarchy" soooo finding basic hygiene like bathing, showering, hair brushing, teeth brushing and using D.O. "triggering" is normal to them and lets not forget "Pink Tax" cause they are apparently forced to buy name brand feminine products over generic/storebrand

I understand skipping a day showering because you're not going out and you're lazy and just wanna sit in your undies eating cheese curls and watching cartoons all day but once you get to day two you should take a shower and brush your goddamned teeth, because you'll feel less like greasy, scuzzy garbage and maybe even feel like going outside.

I thought this was about the original movie, I thought they were just reading into the original way too hard.

People with severe depression can get to the point where they lack the energy and will to even take a shower, so I can see where the person is coming from.
However...
If you are at the point where you can't even bathe yourself, you are far, FAR past the point where you would be able to make multiple posts on a blogging website whining about it. So, I can say quite confidently that they are exaggerating the severity of their illness and they just want people to feel sorry for them.

Even if it isn't about the original movie, they're still reading into it way too much. I get they're upset they didn't get a bigger influence to the story to be the gay character, but LeFou was kind of really gay for Gaston in the original too.

Him being the way he is wasn't decided by Disney just to shit on gay people, good lord.

I can't say I'm surprised that people have decided to flip out over this. But then again, there was a scene in Frozen which some people insist shows a gay couple and were getting overexcited over "representation!" despite the fact it was just one line. Outright stating that someone is gay though is clearly bad, because reasons. Eh, maybe it's not what a lot of people think, although tumblr does like to agree with someone when they hear something is problematic.

Plus one of the reasons is "he won't get a happy ending anyway", but come on, at least wait for the film.

“He’s confused about what he wants. It’s somebody who’s just realising that he has these feelings. And Josh makes something really subtle and delicious out of it. And that’s what has its payoff at the end, which I don’t want to give away. But it is a nice, exclusively gay moment in a Disney movie.”
The article points out that it's a First Step, which is true. You can't just rush in with lesbian Beast and expect to sell tickets (clear lesbophobia).

Gaston was always the best character anyway.

My guess is that people will either not care about it being Problematic or forget about it, and the film ends up being more popular with them than Moana ever was, despite the website creaming itself over a POC princess of colour until the film actually came out.
