At some point, if you ever want to kill some time and a few braincells, look up the character "Bismuth" on tumblr and the incredible salt mountain around her. I stumbled upon what is called a "SU Critical blog" which is where this post is from. Apparently after Bismuth was poofed by Steven a portion of the fandom just circle-jerks and vents their spleen about what a cunt R. Sugar is. Why they continue to watch the show when they hate it so much, I have no idea.
But as for the serial killer/racist thing I don't follow the logic either. I just know it's connected to the totes unfair slaying of Bismuth! And is 100% meant to be taken seriously because, yes, these people are that crazy.
