God, I really can't stand the "lesbians can use he/him and nobody is allowed to argue with that" crowd. I mean, the actual case of lesbians using male pronouns is more just dumb than anything else. However, there are people on this site who take this to the ultimate extreme, and because of this mentality, you get shit like this:

Tumblr treats identity as a performance, and peer pressures everyone else to follow lead. Everything is aesthetic and the self does not actually exist. It's also because they're in denial that they don't fit the most basic definition of a lesbian and compensate through acting out stereotypes (as in, their interpretation of a subculture that's dying out because of them, lmao).

It's something about male-aligned people talking in women's spaces, which I understand completely. But it's like you said; transphobia is fine when it's not an evil TERF doing it. Also I don't think cis gay men, like cis lesbians, are 100% okay with someone who identifies themselves as male and has a vagina talking in their spaces. But for gay men, it's because of what's down under rather than his identity.

I was looking for illustrations or something cool about the book Carmilla (and I'm disappointed because I only found things about the edgy modern Carmilla from this show that I don't pretend to see) and I came across this.

Carmilla isn't supposed to be a lesbian representation, it's a gothic terror book about a vampire, who happens to be lesbian. There are other girls who likes girls on this book (the protagonist herself) and they are good and normal. Carmilla is predatory and creepy because she's a freaking vampire, not because she is a lesbian. Also, I find it ironic, funny and hypocritical when SJW's complain that people reduce trans people to their genitals yet they do the same with LGBT people, reducing them to their sexual orientation and complaining when there's a evil lgbt character. Thinking that someone who is a minority can't be a villain because they're precious or whatever is fetishistic.
