Wilde would have mocked the fuck out of these people were he alive. Wilde also got away with being flamboyantly gay for most of his life until he made the mistake of pissing off the politically powerful and corrupt Marquess of Queensberry, and then suing him for calling him a "somdomite," which more or less forced the court to look at whether or not this claim was true.
What happened to him was an injustice, of course, but he really shouldn't have slapped that snake.

I'm pretty sure Achillean means a man who is attracted to other men. Includes bisexual and gay men. (Sapphic is the female equivalent - women who are attracted to women) Why they're using it to describe a non-binary (headcanon version of a) character is beyond me.
