So someone created a rp blog dedicated to the tucute caricature and ships them with the trans man caricature. Apparently the blog creator made it to "spite" the original comic creator. I'm sorry for anyone who doesn't want to see me post about this topic but I did some research and found out the creator of the Damian blog. They fucking spilled the beans themselves.

I like the implication that for 1995000 years of women being in charge, there were absolutely no major achievements in human history and everyone just sat around eating berries and nuts. And now we need to go back to doing that.

Can you run a computer and electricity on chestnuts? Or do we need blueberries for that?

Call me crazy but I didn’t expect them to, you know, openly acknowledge their shallowness like that. If they’re aware enough to think to themselves ‘I don’t care about the plot, just if it has gay people in it’ then surely it’s enough to trigger a sense of self awareness, right? Apparently not. Apparently it’s hip and cool to love everything LGBT solely because it’s LGBT and supporting them gives you the moral high ground. So close and yet so very far.

It’d be like if I came across a food I didn’t like and completely acknowledged in my head that I just dislike it based on looks without eating it, and stood proud of that fact. In an actual situation I’d maaaaybe work towards changing it but the modern age is all about comfort zones. That solution is now practically unthinkable.
(I’m marginally more passionate about stuff like this seeing as I’m actually trying to write fiction myself. It’d make me mad if someone judged what I do on the same merits. Eh.)
