Rainbow Rowell, author of Eleanor and Park, who because of that book, got on Tumblr’s shit list for all of the racism and Asian stereotypes in that book. Not sure if those claims are legitimate, but oh, lmao the irony.
Also being called a princess is so insulting. Never mind that you know, royals have more power than presidents and there have been women who independently ruled as queens/princesses. And not all of them just inherited that position. See Catherine the Great. Please leave children out of your bullshit.

So I had a thought, and I wondered, what is more prevalent in Tumblr, gay/trans/autistic headcanons, or black/latinx/muslim ones? I sorta figure the first one, due to Tumblr being filled with dumb white kids, and if they tried to speak for a race they'd be chewed out for its inaccuracies (even again Tumblr knows jackshit about hispanic or middle Eastern cultures...).

My friend rarely posted anything unless he was documenting his medical transformation. He's gotten most of the work done and is now finally taking photos. This is the biggest proof I can think of for why most of the people on Tumblr are only doing this for attention and recognition, but don't really have the dysphoria. It's only so they can get people to compliment them and praise them. Because they sure don't act like they have problems taking selfies.

My friend also can't stand most of the people on Tumblr who say those kind of claims. He also believes there's only two genders.

I'd say both. These idiots jump at the chance to headcanon characters as nonwhite or gay or whatever. And speaking out for races isn't just tolerated- it's encouraged. Especially if it means inserting words into people's mouths.
