Okay, so by that definition the "totally a woman" "trannies" who want to get placed in female prison so they can have rape victims (when their crimes were against women) are actually mentally MEN because they're violent. Hm. Was this posted by a TERF or a troon, I can't fucking tell. Help pls op. My gut says terf because this implies women can't abuse men, which is something terfs are gung ho about.

Well, it seems like this "he/him lesbian" (who now has deleted his post) hasn't seen enough of Kuvshinov's works, because anybody who's been following him for a longer amount of time would know that this is not the case:
Some of the girls in his drawings do resemble each other and there are some facial features that show up on a regular basis, but considering that the dude puts up new illustrations practically every day I would say that he does a pretty good job at varying himself.
And Muslims in Islamic countries have Islamic privilege because it's easier for them to celebrate their religious holidays...
And Jews in Israel have Jewish privilege because it's easier for them to celebrate their religious holidays...
And Buddhists in Buddhist countries have Buddhist privilege because it's easier for them to celebrate their religious holidays...
Should they also be chastised for it?

The minimart across the street from me is ran by two Pakistani brothers who close the store for Muslim holidays and prayer times. Are they privilege for being able to accommodate their religious customs?
Denying religious minorities time off for their holidays is illegal here in the first place; it's not a privilege issues, it's a legal one. Your employers can get into a lot of legal trouble and you can walk out with a hefty sum from your lawsuit.

I dislike this way of conceptualizing advantage/disadvantage. These aren't equivalent to each other.
The able bodied one is the worst. The rest of these are all created by society, but that one isn't. Society didn't make it so it's hard for someone in a wheelchair to get up a hill. A better one would be 'if you don't have to worry about people treating you badly because of the way you get around' or something like that where it was clearly society's issue.
The town next to where I'm from has a lot of Jewish people, so their school district has a day off for Rosh Hashanah and Yom Kippur. Do Jewish people who live there have privilege over Jewish people where I'm from?
The class privilege one is especially annoying. I realize to a large degree that college and class are correlated, but there are, in fact, tradesmen making 60k a year, and social workers making 20k. The first one is middle class, and the second one is working class, because class is about income, not cultural signifiers. And the working class person in this example is far more likely to expect their kid to go to college. I understand why they chose this, but I still don't like it.

I believe that it does affect reality to some extent, especially when it comes to things like dissident fiction. I mean, as melodramatic as Uncle Tom’s Cabin is, it played a notable role in motivating American abolition of slavery (and thus the civil war).
But of course, this comic is probably just arguing for “equitable” fiction as well as for deplatforming whatever dissident fiction they personally don’t like.
