Jesus Christ. How come every Tumblr person who talks about being gay comes off as such an ass? When people talk about being "gay" as your only personality that's this is what they mean?

I get it. Maybe these people had some issues coming out and they resent a lot of people who put them down for it. Maybe they were confused and had no guidance. It sucks not knowing who you are in a place that constantly pressures you to be a certain thing.

But treating 97% of the population like the devil because of your bad experiences makes you no better than a bully. There's being resentful and then being spiteful to everyone else who isn't gay. It doesn't help anything and makes you look like an ass.

The Gays are no better than The Straights.

I wish I could find the post but I remember there was one where a lot of non-binary people got really annoyed because someone said "if heterosexual means attracted to a different gender from your own, then all non-binary people and people with unique genders are straight", and they really wanted to call themselves gay. It's like the LGBT equivalent of white kids saying "but I'm allowed to say the N word because-".

That’s why I specifically said “a man’s penis inside a woman’s vagina”. Believe me, the “it’s a woman’s penis so it’s still valid and gay!!!!!” drives me up the fucking wall.

Why has Tumblr latched onto adhd recently? They're treating it like it's on par with autism in how much it affects people, when in reality even severe cases of it can be easily managed with medication and/or counseling. People oftentimes "grow out of" it thanks to the part of the brain that governs focus developing more slowly in people with ADHD, but it still finishes by their late 20s (usually). If you have autism, you have it for life. I'm not sure why this disorder is being talked about so much all of a sudden.
