I’m guessing maybe because it’s overdiagnosed, so since it’s a more commonplace disorder that many people supposedly have it can now be utilized to redeem specialness points.

I don't get how sexuality and race are mixed - but it's very tumblr to be able to claim to be 'queer' because you're a PoC.
I also don't get this viewpoint I've spotted a couple of times now - that Emily troon who lives in Germany said this as well - about how transphobia starts with racism. As far as I can tell, the only way to make these leaps is to be so busy playing victim bingo that you're marking off several squares at the same time.
God, the Oppression Olympics are annoying, but at least they're as indicative as unironic pronouns in a bio of people to ignore and avoid.

Yes, people (specially doctors) can tell the difference in addicts and a person with chronic pain. And it's not like they "don't care" about opioid addicts, it's because it's not their job to treat those people unless they have some other shit needed to be treated. I hate how tumblr says shit about doctors because they all think they're so smart.

You can be in pain and also be an addict... it’s not mutually exclusive. I assumed that’s part of the reason for the addicts, it’s becuase they start taking the OxyContin or whatever and then can’t get off it.

Yeah. It’s pretty obvious that the only purpose for that is that it’s for making black people feel special. But is it going to have any other purpose? Nah.
I felt that they could add asian people, but sjws completely ignore them (even if they show to be superior to white/black/hispanic people in some statistics, like education, careers, etc).

In autism/other neurological conditions circles, NT stands for "neurotypical", or someone who isn't autistic or doesn't have any other neurodevelopmental disorders etc. Basically it's aspie slang for normies.
It's this weird Tumblr mindset of LGBT being like a shitty wee clubhouse that you're allowed into or barred from, and not something you just are or aren't. People don't turn gay or straight based on whether Tumblr bloggers like them.

Yep, a person could be legitimately homophobic, misogynistic, transphobic, etc, but if they are black/muslim/hispanic, fuck it. Tumblr loves them, and they’re absolutely welcome to join their LGBT+ clubhouse, where they will worship that person and throw in some massive white guilt.

It’s the concept of it functioning as an interconnected community. That’s why I don’t like how it’s called an LGBT “community”. If you said that all women are in the “female community”, that would barely make sense. What do they all collectively have to do each other besides being female?
It’s a similar deal with the “black community”, or the “Latinx community”, it’s implying that you’re obligated to stick to your own kind or else you’re deficient by not treating complete strangers as an extended family.
They complain about gatekeeping and yet being in the clubhouse is still somehow exclusive and authoritative, as if you have divine right to rule over the cishet peasants and serfs by proclaiming you’re a queer.

There are certainly LGBT, black and hispanic communities that exist, but they're no hivemind. There's also a lot of shared experiences within those groups that can be the basis of a community that are different from people outside of those groups. The same can be said for religious communities or even hobbyist communities.
The problem with Tumblr is that there's this weird obsession with these communities and keeping thought within them homogeneous. They tend to be the most nasty to people who fall into minorities and disagree with their ideology for that reason.

Random thought of the day. Has the "LGBT community" never thought about just naming themselves "NSWCM" for "Not Straight White Cis Males" ? I mean... Each day passing it seems like they try to add another stupid letter and try to add another communities which didn't fit at all with the communities already under the umbrella. At the end of the day I think the aim is just to group every community which aren't the straight cis white males under the LGBTFHQZFJSLKFJF nonsense so they might as well skip to the end of the process and just say "Everyone is welcome except the agents of doom we don't like".
They would need less letters for their acronym. And it would be less cringy and more honest than watether LGBTQSTTHCLMSLSH2S+shit they will achieve at the end of the day.
