Disabled villains aren't anything new and I don't get why cripples are making such a big deal out of this. They should atleast be thankful they were represented at all in the film.

No point in doing this when Tumblr already thinks the "men in a dress" joke is transphobic by default.

The same person who started the Splatoon artist whitewashing drama can't learn to let things go.

And Tumblr is turning on the woke She Ra reboot. The OP of this was mentioned a few times on here and even got her own callout interestingly.
Well, at least I didn't see DP for this and WAIT A MOMENT... one of the writers of the She-Ra reboot's a pedophile?!

@DetectivePikachu, care to explain yourself?

Knowing what Tumblr considers child porn, they're probably getting mad at the writer for saying "draw smut of the characters if you want we don't care" or "It's fine to ship what you want"

I just find it hilarious that the very people the writers have pandered to are now attacking them. I swear this shit happens every single time without fail. Never pander to tumblr, kids.

What the villain of the Detective Pikachu movie was doing was wrong? Misguided? Incorrect? What the fuck?

I love how he leaped at the chance to dunk on She-Ra. He's so eager for something he doesn't like to be pointed out to be Problimpattic so he can be like 'I was right all along about not liking it 🤡'. Recently he was boasting about being blocked by someone who works on DuckTales too. He acts like tumblr is toxic and 'kiwifarms-lite' but it's because most of his friends dropped him (girlfriendluvr being one) especially after he got a call out on the site.

Remember: It's okay to harass rape victims about their rape as long as you're woke.

Went digging through the dipshit's twitter to see the whole context and it wasn't even about She-Ra, it was about a webcomic called Ava's Demon, which unlike She-Ra has actual effort and talent behind it.

The whole thing was that the creator of Ava's Demon pretty much confirmed that this one male character's (Gil) attraction towards another male character (Odin) was unhealthy and ultimately wouldn't work out even if Odin was gay, which is pretty unlikely since he hasn't shown any attraction towards the same sex.

Fans of Gil/Odin heard this news, got pissy, went onto her age-restricted patreon where she posts art and then downloaded some NSFW art she's made of her characters, who are all in their late teens (They're all 17+, I think.) They're now spreading it around, trying to claim this NSFW art is "child porn" and that the creator is a terrible horrific pedophile who needs to die.

This isn't even the first time they've done this to her- the same accusations were levied against her in 2018, for, I kid you not: "drawing a teenage character eating a fruit where a drop of juice on her face kinda looked like cum." The whole peice was supposed to be a reference to Adam and Eve but fuck context I guess. That round of harassment got so bad that she admitted she considered dropping the comic altogether and creating new content under a pen name.

So the poor creator is again being harassed by these little shits for doing literally nothing wrong.

God, I fucking hate what shipping culture has done to fandom.

Christ. I remember hearing about that. I think the main problem comes from the fact that many creators are open on social media making it easier for people who are way too angry to go onto their platforms and start trash-talking others. It's too easy for these creators to be exposed to rabid fangirls these days because the connection happens to be there. No one is going to stop some 14-year old tumblrite from calling a creator a "bitch" because they can't tell the difference between fiction and reality as well as not getting their ship fulfilled.

Don't get me wrong there were plenty of unreasonable people in the past when it came to big fandoms, but nowadays I think people just show away the filter and do their damnest to find anything and everything wrong for attention or to make people cave to their demands. Don't like that these characters aren't gay? Call the creator homophobic and try to dig up dirt. It's sadly too simple to do that these days.

So one of my personal cows is this blog that goes after artists who ‘whitewash’ characters. There’s been an argument going on between two users in the replies of one of the posts and oh boy it has been a sight to watch. The one user is surprisingly not completely insane despite being on tumblr, but then there’s the other piece of work.

This was in response to being asked if they found it offensive when people blackwash characters or change their gender.

I checked the person’s blog by the way, they’re white of course. I don’t know about the other person though, but they’re probably white too, because white people love to argue about racism. I’ve saved the whole conversation, it was like watching two monkeys fight except one is using rocks and the other is just flinging shit around.

They're usually "blackwashing" Asian characters from anime though, showing how little they care about other pee-oh-seas getting representation.
