Yes, they do. Being bisexual is too close to being "straight" for their liking, so depending on their mood the L's and G's will start whining about how the B's aren't "really" LGBT because they can "pass" for straight.

That's exactly what it means. It's not only a way of white #wokes excusing their own racism ("well obviously I can't help it I'm white"), it's a call to propagate the behaviors further ("you're white so you're racist so the only way to make up for that is constantly accusing other white people of being racist"). It's also pushing the socjust equivalent of original sin, quite literally... you have sinned by being born white, and now must spend your whole life atoning for it. If you do not accept this, you are not just a racist, you are a double racist.

Which is why they project it outward. By calling out other white people constantly, they feel absolved of their "sin" and self-hatred. It's like self-flagellation but you're too much of a pussy to actually experience pain for the sake of God (who in this case takes the form of The Right Side of History or whatnot), so instead you're just whipping whatever random people pass by on the street to offer up theirs instead.
