Not tumblr but shared on Instagram by a tumblrina I know irl

This is reminiscent of artists who always complain about how art is hard and how they're depressed because of it.

Besides that, if people have issues getting back into writing, the best thing to do is keep working at it until you improve. That's why I did.

Random thoughts on Tumblr:
Tumblr is becoming more and more unreadable for me. I'm literally just there for art and people feel the need to post BLM or some other SJW stuff on their blogs. Why can't they just separate them onto different blogs? It's like for every 100 of those posts on their blogs there's 1 post about art.
There's the people who rant about their lives and how they "suck" and "plz donate to me." Of course, there's also "reeeee Trump" and other nonsense.
It's really just a hivemind. These people seem to all have the same opinions on everything. And if there is anyone with a different opinion, they get shot down by a firing squad of reblogs. Do they have lives outside of Tumblr? Probably not based on how frequently some people are spamming reblogs on the same things.

My main guess is virtual signalling in an attempt to scare off people who don't share the same opinions as them. Also, you would be surprised at how many libertarians and traditionalists lurk on Tumblr. They just stick to their side of the website,

I know they exist on Tumblr, they just seem a lot less vocal than the usual Tumblr crowd. I expected them to be in conflict a lot more often but I guess those kinds of people don't usually come to Tumblr at all anyways.

Yep. Not to mention Tumblr's website design is perfect for the formation of echo chambers, so communities isolating themselves in tags and social circles isn't uncommon behavior.

Don't tell me what to do, Tumblr.

I know what you mean. My biggest drama was trashing the Ghostbusters 2016 trailer, which instantly got me labelled a meninist and a woman hater by random people on Tumblr. All for saying the trailer didn't look good.
