You hit the nail on the head. Tumblrtards/SJWs never seem to understand that there is cause and effect. If they act like total shitheads all the time, people are going to assume they're total shitheads. Then they bitch about being oppressed when it's in reality people doing the actually equal thing and judging them based on character instead of demographic traits. It's just that their character is complete filth.

It seems like Nicki is bitter and is trying to use "racism" and "fat shaming" as an excuse for why Anaconda didn't get nominate when really, it just seems like she has a giant ego and can't compute that you can't just get everything you want, even if you're a multi million popstar. It doesn't even seem like that much of a prestigious award anyway, if it is anyway. Everyone on Tumblr is claiming that "Nicki dragged Miley omg" when really I think Miley deserves some credit here in that she said the award doesn't even matter much to Nicki's face. And I don't even like Miley.

Also the whole "Miley is stealing black culture!" is ridiculous. It just convinces me more that SJWs have a high school mentality and just get angry when people do things that they don't like.

I can't help thinking about 10 years ago, this would've been from the other end of the political spectrum. Despite getting six nominations, because Passion of the Christ didn't get one for best picture, the conservatives were up in arms, screaming persecution and prejudice when they didn't get their way. Now it's the Tumblr brats' turn.

Tumblrites have headcanons that blatantly go against actual canon all the time.

This happens in a lot of anime fandoms, especially in animes where all the main characters are pale-skinned. Sometimes they explain this redesign away as the character having a tan, and sometimes they admit that they do it so that the characters have a little more variety so they don't all blend in with each other, but quite a few artists don't give a shit about that and just want to make characters have different skin colors for the sake of SJW cred. It's ridiculous.

I've seen one artist describing their "skin color headcanons" despite the fact that literally every character being depicted is white in-universe.
