Yea.. every young guy with healthy thick well maintained hair has encountered this at some point. I've even known guys with waist length hair and a beard down to their belly who have experienced this. Most of the time it's a genuine mistake.. sometimes is its some balding asshole trying to take you down... either way you just brush it off and let them shrug off their mistake. To make a big deal out of it during a routine retail experience means you're pissed about something else... i bet this guy was told he couldn't return his opened copy of fallout '76.
