It's difficult condensing them because if you merge, say, "Winner" into "Like", you lose a little bit of the meaning.

I'm thinking this setup.
Bold text means it's different from global.

[Global]
Positive: Like, Agree, Informative
Neutral: Dislike, Disagree, Autistic, Off-Topic
Negative: Late, Dumb

[Lolcow]
Positive: Like, Agree, Informative
Neutral: Dislike, Disagree, Autistic, Off-Topic
Negative: Late, Dumb, A-Log

[Jace]
Positive: On this Site, Press 1, Intel
Neutral: Unrealistic, Press 2, Autistic, Off-Topic
Negative: Late, Disrespectful, A-Log

[Off-Topic]
Same as Global, but
Stupid Bullshit: -pets-, Murr, , gay

I feel like the Jace forum regulars can handle joke ratings more easily.
Off-Topic could allow for any sort of retarded rate.

Winner, Funny, and Creative would be merged into Like.
Friendly and Optimistic would be merged into Agree.
Useful would be merged into Informative.
