I don't know the details of the suits, but I would wager that they probably have little to no merit. Despite that, I'm glad that faggot website is being fucked with.
 
I hope they're sued to fucking death. They euphemize themselves by calling it "rational" but it's literally nothing but lies about their political enemies. Hope the tranny jannies will hang by the end of this.

The lolsuits look pretty basic "waah waah waah they're saying mean things about me" stuff but the RW people seem to be dooming over being trapped in the anti-SLAPP lawless hellhole of New Mexico with no way to defend themselves or something.

Just remember that no matter how much you bend the knee to protected classes, they still won’t stop. I had a scan of Rational Wiki recently as I was trying to remember who RageAfterStorm was after he getting mentioned.

The have have her photo and real name on the article and sperg about her being a nazi.

This is some dumb chick who disappeared from the internet a decade ago and could very well be a completely different person now.

I guess this is another example of “it’s ok when we do it.”

Who is this Emil Kirkegaard person with alleged ties to multiple plaintiffs? Recruiting plaintiffs for libel suits against a no name website is hard to believe at first glance because of the high cost and low upside even if they all win.

ETA: In at least one case, appeals from the magistrate judge's rulings go direct to the Tenth Circuit. It's a small world after all.

I dimly remember that in August 2024 some faggot (Nassim Haramein or something) sued them and they suddenly realized there's no one on staff with the guts, will or money to defend themselves and "bent the knee" not on SJW gibberish but on censorship. As they say, this opened the floodgates.

The main problems is that no one of their staff is willing to do jack shit: they aren't Null, they're slacktivists. They'll censor themselves up until they will collapse for the lack of funds/skills.

Usually these levels of unreadability are reserved for extremely poor choices of color for the stylesheet, autoplaying video ads being more than 30% of the page, or both.

I recall a really stupid argument they made about black crime, something like "South Africa has a white population but still has high crime rates therefore blacks are not behind increased crime!!".
