I've also got to say, I've been occasionally lurking rDrama since this thread was made (if you couldn't tell already by my last few posts here, lol), and what I've seen get posted during this time is genuinely some of the funniest shit I've ever seen. I was laughing for hours at 3AM one night reading through r/WitchesVsPatriarchy comments about moon hexes being placed on Kyle Rittenhouse by Lady Justice. It's also really reminiscent of what Salt Mine was, but the idea definitely lends itself better to a site like rDrama than it did here. For a bunch of shit-stirring link aggregators targeting Twitter and Reddit with occasionally mid-quality seethe bait, you guys are all right!

It’s somewhat obvious but how entertaining Rdrama is depends on whether there’s actual drama in the news. It’s pretty dull on slow news days, I’ve seen days where the entire front page is just “Haha foid is sad” and a link to an incredibly banal Reddit post or a tweet with two replies.

The jannies need to do something to encourage more niche hobby drama and stuff.

The place went to shit pretty early on, as most places do, when the relentless injokes just keep infecting everything that showed up.
