- Be a long time user with name recognition/dox yourself (Carp, Aevann, Dwight, SPAL, etc.)
- Have a schtick that resonates/is unique and isn't too annoying (Sneedman, Kaamrev, etc.)
- Be a gimmick account (Bimothy, yayyyy, Eeeee, peepeehands, etc.)
- Be a biofoid

He didn't reach any of this criteria and decided to fight with a poweruser, malded about some negative awards, worked himself into a ban, and is malding about it.

If you want to just hang out there and not be a total fag worried about being "famous", just:
