Culture Recruiter posts controversial TikTok video - Deranged HR Lady in Canada May Have Done Herself In With an Unhinged Tiktok video.

The Human Resources Professionals Association (HRPA) in Ontario has responded to a controversial TikTok video by one of its members.
Labelled “Some friendly HR advice,” the video is over two minutes in length and posted by a self-proclaimed recruiter who is identified as Tammy Sepetis by online users.
The video has so far had 2.3 million views.

A tweet by HRPA states: “HRPA is aware of this video post by one of its regulated members and does not condone or endorse in any way the statements made about HR practice therein. Further, HRPA is reviewing this matter to determine if there has been a breach of its Rules of Professional Conduct.”
Read more: In February, another recruiter also generated controversy when she posted online about lowballing a job candidate.
The woman on TikTok speaks to “freedom fighters,” warning them about posting content on social media.
“If you're looking for a job or maybe trying to keep a job, maybe, just maybe think about what you're putting on social media — again, freedom fighters, I know you're not really big with stats and, you know, facts aren't your thing — but what I can tell you, what is a fact, is that recruiters talk, and recruiters, like the majority of Canada, don't agree with you.
“Do you know what that means? Do have any guesses? Any guesses what that means? What that means is that if you need a job, you might not get one; if you want to keep a job, you might not get to do that,” she says.

“You want to be an asshole? We document it. We give you a couple tries, then what do we do? We terminate you, with cause, if we're so lucky; if not, we give you the minimum allowed by law. Either way, best of luck to you.”
The woman claims recruiters and HR are “watching everywhere.”
“We hate you so much. And you think we can't do anything? But we can, we have the power — always. Remember that. It doesn't matter if there's a fucking man at the top of your HR department, it's run by women. And it's run by angry women just like me.”
She ends the video by swearing at the group.
A LinkedIn profile of Sepetis has now been deleted, but mentioned she was an HR manager based in Burlington, Ont. who has her CHRL and CHRP from HRPA.

This woman is all over twitter. She locked her twitter account into protected status last I saw, deleted her linkedin. In a normal, healthy society politcal disagreements should not lead to this sort of disenfranchisement, but this is not just political disagreement, although it really is not anymore anyway as we barrel towards a state of intractably irrenconcilable differences. The International Association indicated this is likely an ethics violation of some sort and may conduct an investigation. Here is the video on youtube. As far as I know, it is the complete, original tiktok video, with some intermittent clips from horror movies.

Back in 2019, Google warned employees to cease all political talk while on the job due to its “disruptive” nature.

The crazy bitch got canned by her company.
She was let go after complains rolled in, probably she opened the employer up for easy lawsuits. Can't post the tweets since I don't have twitter atm, but here is a video where QuarterPounder talks about it. Just skip to around the 10min mark.

I would say that the irony is hilarious, considering that this has been happening at a higher frequency with these unhinged individuals that want to think the rules "they" wrote do not apply to them. The comedy truly writes itself at this stage, because this cluster B personality ended up totally destroying any chance of ever being able to work in that field ever again, because she just couldn't keep the stupid woke talking points out of the equation. Along with the abuse of power and negligence regarding her comments. How does she think normal people were going to process this? Like some type of fear because she fucked over potentially a bunch of more than likely qualified candidates because of political disagreements? This is the problem with the over abuse of power by these HR people. They literally will knife themselves or the company which essentially most of the HR operations are just outsourced the third parties anyways.

Which totally just defeats the purpose of an HR department anyways in current year. This lady is prime example of the problem with the workforce, especially in Ontario. These type of goblins outside of their offices have no actual skills and add no value to society over all. Even though I think anyone losing their employment over stupid takes or retarded nonsense on social media is ridiculous. In this rare case it is probably for the best that she is in no position to further exploit people, or be the arbiter of hiring, and or termination process.

I'm really curious what her life is like.
Gut reaction is creepy wine Karen, unmarried, childless, upwards of three cats.

We as a society need to bring back public executions and start hanging people like this psycho cunt.

Fuck HR, fuck wine aunts, the world would be better off without them.

We need a right-wing strong man, a composite of Franco and Pinochet, but also with a dash of Mao Zedong (look into how he ended China's centuries long opium epidemic with very swift carriage).

I got into like a two hour argument with some retard about how the Boston Dynamics dancing robot videos are a CGI psyop designed to see how easily our overlords can trick us (not even an investment scam, CIA CGI psyop all the way, full power).

I'm starting to think that guy had the right idea and the wrong target, because there is definitely something fucking unreal and disturbing about those facial expressions.
I think she got on a video editing or filming app and used some kind of "demon filter." You can see the yellow corneas go over her skin sometimes among other things.

Just remember, ALL of the politicians, bankers, heads-of-states, and other elites are just like Tammy here.
Some "people" just cannot help being crazy with power and not saying the quiet part out loud.

Not just that, but most small companies have at least a couple of those, usually in payroll or HR. Some make it to Project Manager, those are the ones you have to watch out for.

Wtf is this creature? Looks like the one night oopsie of an Innsmouth resident and Sid from Ice Age. This is ultimately nothing new. HR cunts are happy to be the new Stasi
Fun fact about automation. A lot of companies are switching to automated payroll and HR solutions, meaning that these sullen cows are soon going to be making coffee at the local Tim Horton's.

Problem is the ones in government are harder to get rid of.

That is the face of a seriously unwell individual:

I've seen crazy like this before in the nursing profession. 90% women. Bitches like this are the reason why the phrase "nurses eat their young" is still used. These fucking Karens. Women like this set all other women back because they get a WEE bit of power.

If it means anything, you were once able to see the Boston Dynamics robots off the highway on the drive to Boston. Little public attraction. I think they moved or were bought out.

I wonder if there is a critical density of women in a certain department where once it is reached it causes fulminant and terminal crazy bitch disease? Similar to how grasshoppers turn into locust because of density in numbers.

The few jobs I worked at that DIDN'T have an HR section just got along with their day to day shit with little to no issues and whatever issues people had with each other they dealt with it themselves. As soon as they added an HR department, all of a sudden you had these assinine rules and regulations and that's when the knives came out.
Agreed. I'm thankful I work in a small office with no bona fide HR department and it operates just like this where everyone is expected to act reasonably in terms of getting things done and dealing with conflict.

HR departments exist as a direct response to the government forcing itself on businesses in regards to employee rights and "equality" in the workplace.
It wouldn't surprise me. Years ago, the business office at a former employer received a questionnaire from a government entity wanting to know the racial demographics of the company. I believe it had some sort of boilerplate text that stated replying wasn't mandatory but worded in a way that implied the government would make the company's life miserable if it didn't submit the information.

I am not saying employee rights and fair treatment are not important, but things were far better when the government kept its nose out and people were allowed to deal with those issues internally without HR fucking things up or leave for a better job.
It was much better when the law and people in power allowed companies to be diverse organically and not in a forced/imposed manner. A diverse workplace can work, but only when companies are allowed to hire people of various backgrounds who are a good fit. Being told to achieve diversity with what boils down to quotas rarely works because people end up being hired for traits that have little to do with their work habits and ability to be "part of the team."

This phenomenon is born out of TItle IX. I know for a fact that most corporate entities go through secret, confidential protocols before firing someone in a protected class. Some blackie is misbehaving, doing a shitty job, or doing things one ought not do? Everything is documented, all is dotted and ts crossed, so that if there is even an attempt at a racial discrimination claim, the proof is there.
I don't doubt this one bit. In places where the protected classes include gender identity or sexual orientation, this is even more important because someone in that class who is fired for a legitimate reason will still likely file a lawsuit the moment they get fire claiming they were fired because they were a protected class and not because they were a shitty employee when they really were.

I've seen the flip side where an entity lost a gender discrimination lawsuit because they lacked the documentation to demonstrate that the plaintiff's claims of success were inflated - something which would have shown the decision to pass on hiring her had nothing to do with her gender.

As for the lady in the OP, I'm sure there are plenty of people that may share her sentiments. The difference is that many know how to keep their opinions discreet enough - and off public social media - to not get in trouble with the wrongthink censors who actively seek out people such as her to cancel.
Edited for spelling and clarity.

I used to advocate for corporate regulations and state mandated hiring practices where a year threshold would be in place to stop college graduates from being left out in the cold, but you know what? Maybe you guys will have a better handle on that.
