About 3 weeks from first post to last. Part of the reason I think it's fake is how quickly he moved into actually serving divorce papers. Another part is that everyone in his real life was firmly against it, but he still listened to Reddit on the basis of two posts. But I want to believe, the schadenfreude is too powerful.
Some people only need their ideas lightly and loosely reinforced or validated to follow through. It gives them a secondary factor to blame when it all goes tits-up, or at least that's the theory about why such a small modicum of encouragement can push dumbasses over the edge. I wouldn't find it surprising at all; people make major life decisions based on a Google search.

Came across a Reddit screenshot which prompted me to look up the original thread (Archive):

However, it turns out the comment has since been removed. Despite this screenshot, there were a handful of comments comedically pointing out the Reddit Moment of a dude getting downvoted to oblivion for stating that paying for 24 prostitutes will probably leave the OP with regret in the long run.

"Ah, there it is."
These fuckers just pull responses from nothing but memes and references.

Unsurprising about the generated drama since this is reddit we're talking about. Some people will do anything to get attention these days but the mere fact that he had to announce to the world that he slept with 24 prostitutes in the first place is sad to begin with.

There's no point in telling porn/sex addicts to stop and improve their lives they just say your projecting and downvote you. The subreddits they frequent reinforce the idea that what there doing is good for them.

It's fake.
-His parents don't care that he might die in a few years and REALLY abandon his family when his wife's choice kills him.

-He didn't mention that overworking will kill him until later.

-How would divorcing make him work less? He'd still be without her income.

-His kids were successfully poisoned against him during the same period he was playing and bonding with the kids more than his wife was.

-In what country traditional enough to chain you to a spouse who's trying to kill you, are children not slapped the fuck out of when they attack their dad?

Im a live and let live kind of guy do what you want but still how do you not feel any kind of shame? This isn't something you should brag about. "The only women who would have sex with me are whores." This dude is either an incel, autistic or has money to burn.

Two different people within months of each other were radicalized by Leftist reddit subs and burned themselves to death as a result and not a single peep from the media about radicalization or online extremism because it's okay when leftists do it.

"They need an outlet"

Preferably an electrical one but I see this case also being made for drug addicts and that's not going so well last I checked.

I honestly can't believe people still make this argument and it doesn't even solve anything. It's like telling them "Don't worry sir, we will keep you from diddling children by showing you videos depicting just that!".

Only on Reddit, I swear.

> Why would someone pay for child porn if they can get it for free? Why would people create child porn if nobody is willing to pay for it?
Golly gee, predditor, what a stroke of genius! After all, everyone can currently access porn for free right now and as we all know, nobody is currently making or selling new porn on the internet!
Hopefully this retard killed himself in the intervening 13 years since this comment was written.

this was 13 years ago posted on a burner account. what the fuck has this deviant gotten up to in the ensuing years? i shudder to imagine it.

to make myself feel better, i went to see if i could find something worth posting instantly on r/trans, and what do you know:

they honestly love this movie, as far as i can tell in the rest of the thread. can you guys believe that a bunch of trannies loved silence of the lambs? to me it seems like the parts that remind them of what troons look like to the outside world are the parts they say they hate the most.

it's just a baseless stereotype bigots. ignore the fact that crossdressing is a common warning sign for predatory behavior. ignore the increasing evidence of trannies using public gyms as sex dungeons.

tranny misses the point of buffalo bill entirely, gets called out by two other troons who at least have some kind of media literacy. i love when even they can't stand their own bullshit.

more missing the point of buffalo bill as a whole. 'know better than to make something like that now.' ominous.

B-b-ut Science says gooning to porn all day every day is perfectly healthy and natural and everyone should do it.

I think currently, they're mad that the movie claims Buffalo Bill isn't an actual transsexual, and didn't qualify for GRS, because he's a perfect example of current year troonery, from the skinwalking his victims to the narcissism and psychosis. He's an example of what the "transmedicalists" they furiously hate and want to murder would exclude from the fruity little club.
