It’s either that or you 1. Get attacked for not wanting to be political or 2. Get your whole post history looked through while you get mass downvoted and get angry dms. All of this while the left wing astroturf bots run free on the sub of every major city in america

anyway i saw people asking about right wing subs and this is the only one i could really find. It’s some type of joe rogan one though so take that as you will: https://www.reddit.com/r/PowerfulJRE/
It's not even just the major city subs. State subs are propaganda mills regardless of whether or not they're red, blue or swing. If r/Texas was your guide to the state, you'd think it was almost as blue as California but under chud occupation. Local city and town subs are also just as bad.

the large red state subs are often full of a small number of rich liberal faggots when it’s not bots. I’m not surprised to hear about the smaller towns being the same way. In other words they’re surrounding themselves with the only other people who can stand them, other 1%-er rich liberal faggots.

I got permanently banned from blackpeopletwitter for being critical of their nonsensical racebaiting for once. Which is funny because I thought I was banned years ago. That's one of those subs where they don't even give you a reason for why they boot you. You just get kicked for going against the grain because white people or something.

I made a commnt in their modmail about their team all being white, which they denied of course, to get under their skin. Now I can't prove it...but

I'm sure there's a very bad reason they like to stay anonymous.

I found this interaction to be the prime encapsulation of why debating with a redditor is completely useless.

In this brief interaction. When explained that the redditor clearly displays signs of suicidal empathy (or more accurately suicidal virtue signaling), he lashes out in anger, lists a bunch of logical fallacies that the person didn't even commit, explains how much of a good person he is, and to top it all off he ends it with a infantile insult that only a 5th grader would use.

Redditors don't have suicidal empathy. They have group enforced virtue signalling and don't believe a damn thing they're saying. That "I am smarter than you and I will be smug about it" attitude is all fake. It's them being terrified of Reddit turning on them so they Reddit as hard as possible.

I moved back to America recently and got banned from my city sub for asking for safe places to park or store a bike at the train station. (Where I lived, you park your bike and do not bring it on the train.) I was banned because asking questions about safety was against the sub rules lmao. I guess I am supposed to let crackheads and homeless people steal my bike and be thankful about it.

I quit reddit a year ago not because of the shitty subs like r/196,gamingcirclejerk,chonkers,atheism,antiwork,childfree and anime but the politics. If you don't agree with their views you are seen as Adolf Hitler and they will label you as a fascist and encouraging violence against them.
The porn subs are bad enough but I agree about r/Politics. There is a specific cadence to posts there that seems designed to raise one's blood pressure and make users develop hysteria. Nothing to do with the basic content bashing Trump/GOP, its the structure where the lead comment will be doom posting and hate posting, and each reply in the comment chain escalates it one step at a time.

Hard to describe unless you see it yourself, but it's such a consistent pattern there that I don't think it's organic.

Seen it before. I remember browsing a sub call r/notadragqueen which is a subreddit for exposing right wing sex offenders. Now this is a great idea and predators need to be exposed so we can protect kids, elderly disabled people from being violated. Then one day someone uploaded an article where a trans man was arrested for molesting a 10 year old and the subreddit immediately removed it because it promoted "far right ideas" and the comments called it nazi propaganda and OP was a facist bigot hating on troons.

My fucking jaw dropped they literally defended a fucking child predator because he was left wing i shit you not. I should have thought to take a photo becuase i was so fucking shocked that the entire subreddit defends and supports leftist sex offenders.

That sub needs their hard drives checked holy shit.

Any one using Reddit for porn is asking for CSAM investigation on them. Reddit does nothing to stop underage girls from posting on gonewild subs. Amateur pornography has nothing vetting any of it and Reddit is easy for desperate girls wanting attention to use.

My team VS your team. Everyone you like is an orange pedo, everyone I like is atheist jesus.

Local city subs are the worst. Most of them have become echo chambers for the local shitlib activist scene and god help you if you even admit to having hobbies that they think make you “maga”.

Also there’s the Reddit doomerism that seeps into the comments when you ask a question about the area. Looking for a place rent? Prepare for condescending comments about the housing market and people telling you that it’s OVER if you don’t make at least $100k a year. Ask what is there do do around town? Half the people in the thread will act like the city is some barren wasteland and you’re doomed to a life of boredom if you don’t move to the nearest college town or big city. Well, my second point only applies to smaller city subs but you get it, right?

Like a year ago one of my cousins visited from Poland and was horrified by the homeless crackheads passed out everywhere.

She was told by the locals that it was racist to be concerned and that bums shitting and pissing everywhere "added character."
