Anarchists in general are like this, however we used to see more capitalist ones on the internet and now we see communist ones instead because communism has built a following online. The fundamental problem, that lawless chaos actually isn't a very good thing, is unchanged.

It seems to be a classic, recurring form of utopian fantasy shared by people disillusioned with the current political leadership. It goes in and out of favor as the government flickers back and forth from (D) to (R) and back again.

That matches up pretty well. I don't remember the Bush Jr years well enough to comment but anarcho-capitalist nonsense definitely peaked under Obama and anarcho-communism more recently. Either way I don't think such beliefs we're ever really very common.

Add to that the fact that the majority of users on that subreddit are adults (r/drama banned all users from that sub, after which they got 1000s of mod mail by people saying "i'm actually 32" and in some cases people even sent censored pictures of their ID), there's a chance that question wasn't posted by a teenager.

Also a quick edit: she also has an image from her highschool on her reddit account, so she's actually 14 or 13.

So r/blackfathers used to have automod remove all posts and the subreddit was completely devoid of any content, a touching tribute to the absenteeism of the subreddit's namesake. It may have gotten banned or quarantined at some point if I remember right. Well the woke admins gave the sub to a janny of color, so now it's serving a different purpose.
