While I find the poster itself comes off too strong I do at least like the fact that they made it clear it's for the people that are giving staff a hard time. It probably depends on the place, but where I am places would politely ask people to wear a mask though they couldn't deny service to those that didn't have one. Most people when asked would realize they hadn't put theirs's on and quickly do so with a chuckle, but there were always some that didn't (for various reason though they'd just do their shopping and leave like normal) and among those were the ones that had meltdowns similar to children at the fact someone dared ask them. In most cases retail workers don't give a single fuck if someone isn't wearing a mask because they aren't paid enough to care, yet because they are required to ask they'll usually face the brunt of abuse from those kinds of people. It's nice to know that at least at that place management seems to have the staffs back when dealing with those kinds of assholes.

He sounds like a teenager. I remember that young naivety where you thought you could convince people, especially adults, of political positions when you know next to nothing yourself. When you realize it's extremely hard and they have some things to teach you, you either learn something or you dig your heels in and throw a tantrum (on reddit in this case). Some people never leave this stage of development and their entire political belief system grows around resent that other people have different opinions and experiences. Maybe it is inhumane to eat meat in a system where animals are slaughtered by machinery, but it's impossible for a human to be healthy while not eating meat unless you take in other sources. Plants produced in those same factory farms are especially unhealthy because of all the shit they spray to protect them from pests and make them grow in dead soil.

Any reddit user voluntarily sterilizing itself is a win for humanity. It'd be great to set up an award like the Darwins, except not for removing their genes from the pool in a comically stupid or ignorant way, but for voluntarily taking one for Team Human. It's a selfless act for the benefit of mankind, even if they don't mean it that way.
