keep in mind that this guy moderates about 370 subreddits, quite a few of such being large name subreddits with a lot of influence.
but a small handful of such are subreddits he sits on to claim the name from the Big Evil Nazis, an action that used to be against the reddit TOS until relatively recently.
[example 1 (r/democrat_regret) - a political subreddit]
[example 2 (r/aganstN8subreddits) - a subreddit name that could've been used against him]
[example 3 (r/fragilelatinredditor) - redirects to r/fragilewhiteredditor]
there's a fair amount more but you get the point; if a subreddit name could've been used against him, be used for "hate", or dare to support right wing politics, he and his mod clique have already attempted to claim any potential names those subreddits would've used.
powermods are a plague on reddit and this recent move is just another push by them to claim more absolute control over the site for whatever reason.

anyways Ethan Moon, RIP. Miss you big man. Gone but not forgotten.

I just remember that n8 guy the most, because he killed fun subreddits. There's that degenerate drewthepoodle or whatever, who offered HRT to minors if their parents wouldn't buy it too.

My favourite "reddit moment" tyoe shit is the top 20 or so posters on the site. They are all paid shills, and reddit is getting screwed out if money by them. Not too long before I stopped using reddit, I blocked the top 10 posters, and it was like a night and day difference. It felt "real" compared to tgis fake advertiser BS.

Also, Gallowboob censors his name using automods on just about every subreddit, and was banned before for sending dick pics to people randomly. More than 1 turned out to be a minor.

This is one thing I never understand about reddit, why would anyone make this person a mod? Obviously he can't moderate more than... let's be generous and say 50 subs. Why would the other 320 subs add him to their team?

So the mods are complaining about the injustice of being suppressed by the admins while they attempt to suppress users.

I guess it's unreasonable to expect Reddit jannies to have the mental faculties necessary to grasp the concept of hypocrisy.

I would hope people would realize by now that it isn't that these people can't recognize hypocrisy, it's that they don't care because they only use your moral framework to take advantage of you. In their own, they are not hypocritical at all. Lying and manipulating, censoring and brainwashing, hate and eugenocide, for their own ends and against any other, are all acceptable. Yes, even these low level reddit jannies understand this, while you don't seem to.

The thing to realize after that is, if you think your moral framework is valuable at all, it should be obvious it can not be applied universally; it must exclude those groups and individuals who would try to subvert it or become parasitic to it. If it is incapable of doing that, it is a faulty moral framework that will fail and put you at the mercy of the subversives and parasites working together.
